Star had recently moved into the house next to Honeycomb and Peanutbutter. He had been dying to get out and, finally, his housefolk had left him alone. She decided she'd say hello to the cats next door. He was about to leap over the fence when he heard shouting. She tilted her head and watched one leave angrily. "She looks cool!" Star though and leaped down to her. "Hi! Who are you? Do you live over there? Why'd you leave? Are you one of those clan cats? Do you like snakes? Have you killed a snake? I have! It was a garden snake but It was still pretty cool!" He rambled on.

Honey sighed in relief as the tom left, perking her ears up she hears another cat. *Great another nuisance* she thought as she continues to eat her salmon.

Star rolled her eyes at the cat. "What are you a scaredy cat!? Your friend didn't seem scared to leave!" Star challenged. He heard a hissing a few tail lengths away and whipped around. She saw a small snake, a garden snake, and leaped to it. He killed it easily. "Hah! Gotcha!" She said with triumph. He picked the dead snake and brought it to the window. She nudged it closer with her paw and said "Here! I want you to have this!"

Honey shrieked loudly, as she scattered back to the “big room” of the home, hiding away in her cat tree.
