I have a few questions that I was hoping to solve;
How and where do you submit a character? (Future help since said character is still in development)
How long would I need to be moderated as a new user (to the site)?
Where do I even begin?

ok now to answer questions,

moderation lasts for 5 posts. Once you make five posts and they pass moderation, you will be deemed not a bot and be free to make any unmodded posts you want !!
