She grinned. "Cool. I could go challenge one of them and then you could sneak around to the other side of the territory and attack then there. It's perfect!" Scanning the Clan for Blazestar, Leafpaw ran up to the leader. "Blazestar, I have a plan," she announced.
River watched all of this with no little confusion.

"Then I started wondering whether or not is was legal to do so with another Clan, and Foxbite said yes but really only during Gatherings. So, I could go onto their territory, make sure a patrol got there, and when I screech, you guys could sneak around the back of the territory and ambush them." She kneaded the earth with her paws excitedly. "It might work."

Icebite snorted again, but this time he was trying not to laugh. "Seriously, kit? You're saying you're stronger than the strongest warrior in the entire Clan, besides Blazestar? Wow. Alright then, you can try to beat me, but don't think I'll go easy on you."
Bramblepaw's ears pricked, but she said nothing.

"Oh." Dissapointed, Leafpaw let her tail drop and her ears flatten slightly. "Alright, then." She walked back to Foxbite, biting back tears. At home, she was known for her ideas, and she wants used to being rejected.
Rivergold cocked an ear at Blazestar. "Should I screech at some point to add confusion?"
