out of the blue a tattered grey she cat with white markings stumbles in. She was in pain, so much pain. The river she had been running from was pure malice. Her family was all gone. Fisher, Coral and Reef. All dead, probably. And she didn't even get to tell Coral the truth. The water was unforgivable. She slumps in a corner, unaware of everyone else. And she cries, her battered body heaving and shuddering.

Fang had heard paw-steps and turned to look at the cat. He quietly went to get some food for her.

Cypress stared blankly at the offered food. she wanted to refuse, but this was the stranger's place, and refusing would be rude. With a small sigh, she wearily put her muzzle to the food, and started chewing. It felt tasteless to her, still numb from the shock of losing all her surviving kits, and also from the bashing she received from that starsforsaken body of water. "Thanks," she mewled softly, licking up all the remnants.
