Icestar had lead her clan into the sandy clearing with an air of snobbish pride and superiority surrounding her. Her first gathering as leader. Her warriors had been training hard for the last moon under her watchful leadership, and she looked forward to seeing the expressions of the other clans when they saw how physically strong her clan was becoming already.

"You are all to keep your mouths shut about the fire, understand?" she had hissed quietly to her clan behind her before they entered. "Do not, under any circumstances, let the other clans think that we are weak."

SHADOWCLAN HAS ARRIVED

Cascadespirit nodded to Icestar. "Yes ma'am." He ran into the clearing, sitting down and gazing around. RiverClan, ThunderClan and ShadowClan was now there. Maybe Kiwibounce is here? He thought, ears perked.

A big dark brown furred she-cat lashed her tail as she made her way on the beach, looking nearly identical to the Shadowclan leader who had led the clan. She grits her teeth snubbing the way the sand felt on her paws. Dawnstripe eyes quickly looked over to find the familiar pelt of her mother, who had already made her way up to sit with the other leaders. She noticed the fox-faced worm her mother had sat beside but stifled her irritation with her curiosity. The intimidating warrior figured she'd play nice and milk some poor furball for information. As she turned to find someone, her muscles tensed as she felt another cat run right into her. "Are you blind?" She asked with a tinge of sarcasm in her voice.

The huge white tom plopped himself off to the side as the rest of Shadowclan wandered about. He had no clue why he came to these gatherings. Whiteshadow was not a sociable cat, he barely talked to his clanmates. The broad-shouldered senior warrior wondered if he could nap here? Then he remembered that they had Icestar as a leader and decided against it. He wasn't scared of the clan leader, but he wasn't in the mood to get scolded by her either. He was too old for that stuff. He should have stayed home, the tom yawned before observing the clans, noticing they were missing one.

Scarfang glanced over at Springtail. "Oh- uh, thank you." He stammered, flustered. No one had said that to him since Belle. He hadn't seen the mother of Tigerkit in ages. He hoped she was okay. She couldn't have been more than a new warrior, maybe by a few moons. Her eyes widened at his lst words. "I sure hope they don't fight!"Her eyes filled with concern as well.

Scarfang looked at their pelts touching and blushed. He quickly hid it. "Amazing? Like I said, it only is when no one is bickering." He flicked her ear with his tail at her next words. "Hopefully, they won't."

Owlfeather padded stiffly into the sandy clearing, towards the front of the clan. Her position was merely coincidence, though. She may have been the mother of the new ShadowClan leader, but Icestar would never have put any faith in her or asked her personally to stand near her. The old tortoiseshell always wished she could have had a better relationship with her daughter, but alas, she felt it was too late for that now. Icestar had never forgiven her mother. For what, Owlfeather wasn't entirely sure, but she felt it had something to do with her ex-mate, Icestar's father. She could only hope that that traitor resided in the Dark Forest now, having died by the old she-cat's own claws during the battle with the Dusk Syndicate.

Icestar's daughter, Hailstorm, Owlfeather's grand-kit, had chosen to stay home this gathering. The younger cat found it painfully difficult to witness her neglectful and scornful mother in a position of power--she thought that witnessing her on the Seastones would be far too much for her to handle. Owlfeather didn't blame her. She herself was only here to hold the clan together, and support the side of ShadowClan that did not approve of their new leader. She would allow herself to be a beacon of hope, however dim, for her clan mates. The ones who had thought that Owlfeather would have been appointed the next leader, and not her volatile daughter. They mustn't lose faith now. She would stay level-headed and watchful as always.

She moved through the throng of cats, eventually settling her stiff joints towards the edge of the clearing, next to a group of other senior warriors who shared her old age. She gave a warm but tired smile to the group, quietly announcing her presence.

Tigerfur moved around carefully, wary of anything. His first gathering... It was rare that someone not get to go to a gathering as an apprentice, but he... wasn't very social. He had declined all requests. Now, however, his former mentor had pressured him to go, saying that it would be "good for him". He quickly found a corner to sit in while he waited for it to start.

the thunderclan apprentice, Lilacpaw trotted with her tail bobbing in the air. Her Heather colored orbs sparkling with pride yet excitement . Her first gathering ! She couldn't believe it . She made well sure to take could care of herself, fur sleek and soft not a speck of dirt on her beautiful frame. She even made sure to roll in those nice smelling light purple flowers again ! Hopefully others have noticed . Her orbs scanned for linnetpaw, hoping to sit with him seven though he was in the same clan...shoulders slouching in disappointment in his current absence, she searched for someone else. Ears twitching she found a warrior that she didn't recognize and decided to trot up to them "you look lonely . " she commented .

she huffed with a frown. your not getting away that easily shadowclanner. she shrugged it off in a way and simply followed him. "so, names Lilacpaw. One of the best apprentices you'll ever meet. Or atleast I hope so." she introduced herself . Then she stepped infront of him with a smile " what's your name? Let me guess....beargaze?....brownfur?..c'mon throw me a bone here." yeah. ..if she was constantly talking, she was either A bored or B excited. Right now it was a mixture of both.

Tigerfur sighed. "Tigerfur." he responded, annoyed at the cat's persistence. He stopped walking, knowing that if she was going to keep following him, it would just be a wast of energy. He thought he would just wait it out until the gathering started...
