PLEASE READ THE RIVERCLAN RANK REQUIREMENTS BEFORE SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION! ^^
There are certain criteria that must be met before ranking up!

I will do my best to hold a ceremony every two weeks or so, encompassing
any and all requests I've received during that time period.

Keep in mind, I will wait no longer than 24 hours for a response to a ceremony. If your cat has not
responded by then, Kestrelstar will assume that they've gone missing and will be marked as such on the allegiances.
