She turned her back to the apprentice, "Make sure you have what it takes before you go around developing feelings for someone like Bramblepaw. You've probably noticed it by now, but she's basically a magnet for trouble." Abruptly, Berrypaw turned to face Shadow, her eyes burning fiercely with a wide range of emotions, "Can you do anything for her?"
"Oh, uh... At first I was thinking I could protect her... But after what happened today, that's off the list," Shadow meowed. "Although.... There is another thing..."
