Featherpaw blinked open her eyes and stood up. She stretched and let a yawn escape her muzzle. More training I guess... EVEN THOUGH I DID NONE AT ALL! She thought. But I'm so tired... She padded outside and sat down, letting her eyes adjust to the bright sunlight streaming down into the hollow. Featherpaw shut her eyes for a moment and let the soft, gentle breeze blow through her fur.

She opened her eyes again and stood up. Not many cats are up yet... She observed, flicking an ear. Then she suddenly sensed the tension in the air. Wha? She looked around. Most cats seem fine though... What's going on? Is there a battle about to happen? Featherpaw shivered at the thought of a battle. She had only been a cat for at least one moon, she wasn't ready for a battle yet! What will I do! What if I die! Featherpaw began to panic, but calmed down and puffed out her chest. I'm not scared anymore! She thought, leaping at a random moss ball in the clearing and tossing it up into the air. "Take that you evil warrior!" She yowled as she twisted in mid-air, grabbed the moss ball and pinned to it the ground. Then she swiped at it again, sending it flying across the clearing. Featherpaw immediately dashed after it. When she caught up to it she leaped and grabbed it in her jaws and landed on her paws. She bit down on it then dropped it. "Ha!" She meowed, taking a step back to observe the beaten up ball of moss.
