Popping her head around the stone, she saw the source of the scent and jumped. "Oh!" Blackbird's silvery eyes blinked in surprise. "You're a... ThunderClan cat. Nice. Uh... Hi." The she-cat shuffled her paws. Even she couldn't say that was a good start to a conversation.

Snowsong jumped in surprise, the Siamese she-cat's ice blue eyes widening as she saw the other cat. Immediately she let out a laugh, her surprise melting as she saw how startled the other she-cat was, and tongue-tied, it seemed.

"Uh, hey," She gave a friendly smile at the RiverClan cat. "You're a RiverClan cat." She added, looking somewhat curious as she tipped her head at Blackbird, a smile on her maw.

Snowsong jumped in surprise, the Siamese she-cat's ice blue eyes widening as she saw the other cat. Immediately she let out a laugh, her surprise melting as she saw how startled the other she-cat was, and tongue-tied, it seemed.

Well, heh, I kinda do... I'll be quiet now..." The warrior looked down at her paws and stepped out around the rock.

Snowsong gave a small chuckle, giving a nod. "Yep, he did, sure enough. You're looking at her," She puffed her chest out mockingly before relaxing her eyes sparkling kindly at the other she-cat.

The Maine-Coon blinked. "You're... the ThunderClan deputy?" Black's tail stilled as she registered it. "You are really the deputy? Wow.. I.. Wow. Congratulations," she stammered awkwardly. The warrior felt somewhat self conscious because of the realization, but decided the cat had been kind enough so far. Maybe they could become friends.

Blackbird tilted her head. "No, I haven't... Would you like to try the trout?" she asked, nudging it with her paw. She probably shouldn't be offering the deputy of ThunderClan a snack at the end of leafbare, but she found it sad that any cat didn't know how fish tasted.
