Well, it's usually because they dont want us t-, she thought, but was cut off mid-sentence by him asking if she would like to be a mother, her face just flustering up immediately from it. She never thought about being a mother before, and certainly didn't expect the father of the family to ask her that, so she was at a loss of answer there.

She felt happy that both he wanted her and that she was befriending him, which meant one step closer to resolving the problem peacefully. She did take a liking to him a bit, despite his looks, since he was the first to want her, so her flustering began to go away more.

Him nuzzling his nose with hers made her purr a bit more, blushing a bit again as he asked her to be his mate. She wasn't completely sure how to answer this, to be honest, but he liked her, and she wanted to keep it that way, and so she gave a slight nod, saying, "I would like that~" nuzzling his nose with hers.
