Forestpelt sat in the clearing, the black she cat's tail twitching back and forth as though it had a mind of it's own. Her mind was on her lost friendship...and although she was trying desperately to forget it, relationship...with Dawnstripe. But now he was gone, and it was time for her to move on. Her mind and heart had gone back to it's original hardness, since she had been abandoned by the tom, and she was beginning to wonder if love had truly been the right path for her. Perhaps she should stay away from it from now on. Forestpelt's dark forest green eyes came upwards, and she scanned the clearing to see if there were any interesting cats around. Conversation was something that Forestpelt had learned to enjoy during her time with Dawnstripe, although she wasn't quite sure if she still had it in her to have a pleasant conversation. At least it isn't snowing, and won't for a while, she thought, stiffening. She had many memories of snow, and although they had been good for a while, they had now turned from pleasant to horrible memories that she wished she could forget. She knew she wouldn't be able to- that wasn't how it worked, no matter how much she wanted to. Forestpelt's tail twitched irritably again, and she gave a small frustrated mew. She wanted to do something...although on her own, things weren't quite as much fun. Not after she had been so opened up to the world of friendship like she had been. Forestpelt sank down into a laying position, her thin whip-like tail curved around her at a somewhat awkward angle, and her eyes still glaring up like two bright lights in darkness. She did take pride in her appearance, although at the moment she looked a little disheveled and broken because of her loss. She was still worrying about him...although she knew it was wrong, she knew that she couldn't be bothered with it anymore.

Burrpaw padded into camp and dropped the frog, squirrel, vole, and lizard n the fresh-kill pile and headed back over to his mentor. @Gusty

Swiftfang nodded his head seriously and began padding back, without saying a word. There was no point to, anyways. The tom began heading towards the ShadowClan training grounds. Each step he made shook up the dust in the clearing, but he took little notice. {To the training place?}

Yeah) Burrpaw followed his mentor across the clearing and out to the training ground.

Burrpaw padded into the training grounds after his mentor Swiftfang, and waited to find out they would do.

Silverkit sat in the corner of the clearing, the silvery tabby's blue hues looking worriedly out over all the other cats. Her expression was one of nervous anxiety, as though she were waiting for something...and knew that it wasn't going to happen anytime soon. Her tail twitched nervously on the ground, and her ears were tilted backwards at an awkward angle, one that didn't make her look like the most approachable cat, although if you could get to know her she was one of the most friendly and kind cats around. She was careful not to approach anyone- she generally let cats come to her. That was how she generally was able to tell if they were interested in being friends with her, from how they approached her, although every once in a while if she saw a cat that looked like they could use a kind word or a confidence boost, she would venture over to them.
