SparrowFang was distracted by her hunt and didn't notice the scent of the fox at first. Once she was close enough to the shrew, she pounced, and landed on the creature's tail before it was able to run away. Quickly she bit into its neck to finish it off, and, feeling accomplished, she turned around and looked at how MorningBlue was doing on his hunt. At first she was confused, because of how MorningBlue was sitting and acting, without a mouse in his jaws, but then she smelled it through her shrew. Fox! Stupid creatures, we could have gotten a whole other mouse! She buried her shrew quickly and got into position, ready to attack.

Morningblue's ear twitched as he felt the shecat come nearer, and sniff the air, alert to the fox scent. He parted his jaws to try and pinpoint the scent, but he was a better fighter than an tracker. "Can you tell where it's coming from?" he asked Sparrowfang.

Cherrypaw jumped with a surprised yowl as her mentor suddenly appeared from nowhere. "T-Tigerdawn!" she gasped in surprise. She made her fur lie flat as she calmed from her initial surprise. "You were watching me?" She paused, a realization hitting her. "Oh Starclan, you saw me land in that puddle." Her tail twitched with excitement as her mentor complimented her form and hunting skills. "Thank you, Tigerdawn," she said, a little embarrassed by the praise, but holding her head up with pride.

Tigerdawn scented her embarrassment, but she ignored it. "Now, lets go collect your prey and head back to camp." She meowed simply.

Cherrypaw's tail swished with pride as she gathered her catch of the day and padded along side her mentor to camp, filled with joy about having done well by her mentor. She could hardly wait to tell Skypaw all about it tonight.

Morningblue yelped as the rogue's claws raked across his muzzle and he staggered backward, releasing the tom from his grip. Stinging pain overwhelmed his senses as warm blood dripping from his face. A low and menacing growl escaped him. He'd felt this before. The intoxicating rage and heat in his blood as his body sang out for battle.

Chameleonpaw trotted along, she wasn't sure whether she should be happy or what when she was told to go hunting with Hemlockpaw, so she remained silent trotting along sniffing for prey.

(I don't know how to train an apprentice lol) Rosefern purred in amusement," Alright. Let's learn. I'm going to show you the belly rake, first, I'll show on you." She nodded and meowed," Try using what you know on me, and when I get a chance, I'll do a belly rake, remember to keep your claws sheathed."
