Songbreeze dips her head "Yes, Shadowfur" Even if she is being punished, she is still proud of her prey. She holds her head high as she picks up her prey and dips her head again to Shadowfur then she pads to the prey pile.

Vixensnarl padded to the base of the Shadowledge with an annoyed frown on her face. It seemed that cats still thought it was acceptable to slack off, though Spiritfire and Tallpaw seemed to have some sort of explanation. "Spiritfire [ @Rizo ], you reported the patrol late and can report to Dawnstar for punishment. I know you had some sort of explanation, so this would be the time to give it to her. Sootstorm [ @~Mothman~ ], I never got a report from you on the patrol so you will also see Dawnstar for punishment. Tallpaw [ @Wings ] and Rowanpaw [ @Peerless cucumber], you two come here and give me your explanations."

Aw crowfood. He looked at Rowanpaw. This was parshially his fault as well. If he had shown up earlier, Sootstorm would have been able to check in earlier. He hated to be like this, but if he was going to get in trouble, so was Rowanpaw.

"Have you bees in your ears, Sootstorm?" A thunderous growl sounded behind the tom as the giant shadow queen made her presence known. "Vixensnarl said you'd to be dealing with me. If you listen like this for everything it's no wonder you failed something as simple as patrols." Dawnstar spat, displeased. "Why the hell didn't you report?"
"Have you bees in your ears, Sootstorm?" A thunderous growl sounded behind the tom as the giant shadow queen made her presence known. "Vixensnarl said you'd to be dealing with me. If you listen like this for everything it's no wonder you failed something as simple as patrols." Dawnstar spat, displeased. "Why the hell didn't you report?"

The tom bowed his head in shame. "I waited for Rowanpaw everyday, Dawnstar. By the time he finally showed up, there wasn't enough time to report. I apologize."
He cursed the apprentice in his mind. If only he'd shown up earlier. Then Sootstorm would have been able to report.
Shadowfur had spotted Shadowheart around camp, so that meant she hadn’t gone missing. The Enforcer was growing quite tired of cats not completing their assigned patrols. Too many warriors were taking Clan life for granted and not pulling their own weight.
“Shadowheart!” he called, the beginnings of a snarl rumbling in his throat. “Since you couldn’t even be bothered to drag your ass out for the patrol you were ordered to complete, you will be punished. Go to the Croaking Swamp and catch three pieces of prey. Don’t come back until you’ve done that. I don’t care if it takes you all day.”

Shadowfur nodded as Shadowheart approached him and reported her punishment. "Good," he growled. "In the future, I hope you take your patrol responsibilities more seriously. Dismissed."

Dawnstar rolled her eyes at Sootstorm's excuse. "If your patrol mate doesn't show up at an appropriate time, leave without them. You're the one who suffers if you stand around with your head up your ass." Dawnstar hissed, wondering how in the world ShadowClan had cats this ignorant. "Apologies don't keep my borders patrolled or clan fed. Did you actually do the patrol?"
