A Ripple at Dawn - Dawnripple Backstory WIP

[Frozen Reign]

I just felt like writing what could possibly be my cat Dawnripple's backstory. this is prone to change a lot as I work out kinks and logistics.

 

Cats screamed. Dawnpaw tried to drown out the noise but it filled her ears, making it hard to concentrate. she had just beaten another cat in a fight and was taking a moment to catch her breath. but then....
out of nowhere a cat pounced on her. she struggled under them, gasping as they raked their claws down her flank. she could barely move, trying desperately to escape when she caught sight of a blur. In a flash of silver fur, Echopaw had tackled the bigger cat to the ground. Dawnpaw smiled, Echo had always been especially good at taking down bigger enemies. As she ran to help, Echopaw was thrown off of the warrior and they ran. Echopaw yowled her success. She turned to Dawnripple and grinned, coming to her side.
"You okay little sis?" she asked. Dawnripple nodded.
