Sheep sat among the ferns, giving himself a few licks to groom his untidy fur. He felt frustration burn over her.
If I had caught that mouse I’d be in much better shape. He thought as his gaze flicked back to the mouse’s burrow, where the mouse had disappeared. Suddenly, the scent of another cat flew over him and he caught site of another cat.
It was some grey and white coated cat with gold and blue eyes. A she by the scent of it. He cautiously padded over, a fierce look in his eyes, but he spoke slowly.

He’d gotten into a tussle with a rival loner and had broken his leg and left in a weak state despite it being a victory.
