I need victims!
Ok, so I need victims for Ottersplash. She's recently been exiled, and she's angry and out for revenge. No forum, just throw some cats at me! Death of your characters is also not required! While Ottersplash would be happy to murder some cats, it's not required, even just injuring a cat would make Otter happy
