Re: come on, everyone, let's tear into each other
| Daypaw | | He/Him | | A large white Norwegian forest cat/Maine coon & Turkish angora mix that has cinnamon splotches all over his body; Yellow eyes | ~ Daypaw watched as the Thunderclanner struggled with the dark tom. Oh God what can he do? What can he do? Daypaw had quickly gotten lost in his thoughts before snapping out of them when Shadowfur called out to him. Aim for the neck? Daypaw looked at the struggling Thunderclanner. The apprentice couldn't just stand there while clanmates died. Daypaw quick went over to the warrior's lifting up his paw unsheathed clawed paw before quickly bringing it down to swipe at the neck of the rooster like tom Shadowfur was holding. Daypaw wasn't paying attention to weather or not he actually made contact. ~ | @Cherry~ - Shadowfur; @Willowfern - Roosterflame | |
Re: come on, everyone, let's tear into each other
The wind was knocked out of Shadowfur as Roosterflame’s hips connected with his stomach. His grip on the enemy warrior loosened; through suddenly hazy vision, Shadowfur saw Daypaw attempting to slash at Roosterflame. “Finally!” he hissed. “I thought you were going to let me do all the work for you.” The tom pushed out with his front paws, attempting to shove Roosterflame toward Daypaw. ( This is my final post for Shadow v. Rooster- I’ll be shifting to Shadow v. Fox now ) |

Roosterflame felt claws glance at his throat as he pushed the commissioner of Death away from himself. |
Re: come on, everyone, let's tear into each other
A new ThunderClan warrior replaced the other one, just as quickly as Roosterflame tumbled away. Shadowfur hoped Daypaw had the ability to handle the first warrior on her own. She'd have to. This new warrior first tried to go for his throat, but stopped mid-attack to tell Daypaw to go home or else. Shadowfur snorted in contempt as he pounced to his paws. "Was that seriously supposed to be a threat? This must be your first battle." The molly slashed at his face next; Shadowfur jerked his head back in time to avoid the blow. His chin was still stinging from the first warrior's claws, but the chaos of battle numbed him to it. Leaping forward, he attempted to grab the warrior's front left leg in his jaws. If he succeeded, he would yank the warrior's paws out from under her. |
Re: come on, everyone, let's tear into each other
[ rolled a 13 ] Paws connected with the soft underbelly of her stomach and before Mirehound knew it she was being tossed through the air. Agile and slender as ever she managed to twist and land, skidding backwards as claws dug into the soil. Blood dripped from the gashes left by the claws marks, though it only garnered a snarl from the shadow warrior. Lashing her tail once she charged at the ThunderClan warrior again, this time aiming to twist herself and dive underneath. She'd work quick, like a snake - aiming a sharp bite to on of their forlegs and a slash of claws down their upper belly with her hind claws before attempting to scramble out from underneath them and away. "I know you," she spat in the midst of all this, "you're that mouse-brained apprentice who tried to play at leader at the gathering you weren't suppose to be at. Tsk, ThunderClan and gatherings. Always disrespectful." Clearly referencing the latest gathering with Sootfur. [ @dino. ] |
Re: come on, everyone, let's tear into each other
[Seems like the brawlings died down so I figured now was a good time to pop her in here before I completely forget about the existence of this thread... again.] She was doing her own thing, you know, being edgy, moody, and occasionally murderous while her RPer sat back and wondered why the hell everyone seemed to like her when she heard a loud commotion. It was loud enough to send the nearby birds flying, squirrels darting for cover in massive pine trees, and all-around prey deserting the forest. Welp, that was like a moon's worth of prey now gone to never return again. Dawnstar started to sigh, but gradually it turned into a loud ticked-off growl and tampered off into a throaty, ragged hiss. Someone's got some s'plain to do. Naturally, she stomped off, no longer bothering with silence now that her forest was empty of prey, towards the sounds of hisses and caterwauls. Along the way, walking got boring, so to entertain herself she leaped upwards, sinking her long, sharp claws into the bark of a towering pine tree, and climbed up it. Up here, the scent of pine was stronger, but even that did not erase the sharp tangy scent of blood in the air, nor the slightly squirrely taste she breathed in through her parted maw. Carefully, like like an old cat with a bad back and hip, Dawnstar clambered her way across the pine branches, tensing her muscles and leaping from one tree to another. Her shoulders screamed in agony and her claws winced as the leader was forced to haul her weight upwards, fighting against the momentum that wanted to drag her down, to climb up onto the sturdy branch beneath her. Clearly, her tree leaping needed some work. But on the bright side, she could see the cause of the commotion from here. "Why?" The she-cat muttered to herself, golden amber orbs gleaming brightly from the shadow she rested. Yup, that was ThunderClan, but why the heck was ShadowClan fighting with them? Normally, Dawnstar would be rather insulted that there was a full-scale skirmish going on between her clan and another and she wasn't present let alone even informed, but since it was ThunderClan she didn't think she was missing much. ThunderClan was clearly over the border here, and in her territory, so she was going to assume the blame lay with them. Even if it lay with ShadowClan, it was unlikely Dawnstar would admit ShadowClan having any fault in it if possible. There were dead bodies laying around, but it was hard to tell from here whose's. Seeing absolutely no reason to stop the brawl or even get involved, the clan leader took a seat and watched. She supposed this was a good way to see if she should start up a fighting event for ShadowClan. It's been a while since there have been any full-scale fights, she should see if her clan was rusty or not. |

➵ wildpaw ❀⋆˚₊⁻∘・
[wild is very open <3] // ➵ wildpaw watched as more and more chaos unfolded around her, goodness.. battle was messy. as the mentally battered apprentice backed away, she looked around for another potential hazard. it was hard to tell if the rodents would be letting up anytime soon, as it just seemed more and more had arrived since battle's start. as her eyes scanned the border for every movement, every advance or blow.. every murder.. she saw a familiar pelt, and that was the one of her leader and bestie in the whole wide world, dawnbestie. but.. she wasn't coming over for some reason? did she not see dead bodies that littered the battlefield? surely she would at least come assist her clan? ..right? wildpaw knew dawnbestie was smart, she definitely had reasoning for staying back. probably because she knew shadowclan could most DEFINITELY handle themselves! especially with gals like wildpaw, she hadn't gotten a single actual injury since this started!! she almost died but.. that was something she would come back to later. she still didn't quite understand thunderclan's aversion to actually attacking her, they must of noticed wildpaw's chaotic aura and not wanted it to infect them or something. |
