Re: Fisher's Point

Pit heard a sort of commotion brewing, and his ears perked up immediately. Something about lionesses and then a few hisses, and was that Nala's voice? It was, and he took off through the trees, his prey still in his jaws. They needed a lot of food with the kits and other cats joining, and he was hoping that being treated incredibly nicely at first would convince some of them to stay. Skidding to a stop behind Nala, he was glad to see that no claws had been thrown just yet. Nala wasn't hurt, and the other cat wasn't either, although he cared less about that. He didn't say anything, but stood behind his mate in silent support, just in case things got bad. |

The she-cat definitely seemed like a prolific hunter even with her injured leg, and Pit thought her den seemed very comfortable. She also definitely knew herbs, as she reached for a cobweb to wipe at her leg. He knew cobwebs stopped bleeding, but nothing else. Thank you. he purred, picking one up and biting into it quickly. It was good, and he hadn't eaten in a while. Trying to turn the conversation to where he was hoping it would go, he asked Have you ever thought about living with other cats? It wasn't the most direct, but if it was a flat no then he probably shouldn't waste his time. |

Re: Fisher's Point
That had to hurt. Cats turning on you in any way left a lot of trust issues behind, he knew that well from Nala, and a sibling must be even harder. I'm sorry. he mewed sincerely, his tail moving upwards as if to rest on her shoulder before he yanked it back down. That might not be appropriate given the situation. If you wanted you could come and try living with a couple of cats I live with. Pit mewed, his voice neutral and lacking in urgency. If she chose to, he wanted it to be her decision. Only to see if you want to now, or if you need more time. he added, trying to keep it light, not forcing. @leopardstrike4

Shred and Forest. He had never met a cat with those names, let alone talked to or invited them to live with them, and Pit shook his head firmly. I've never even met a cat with those names. he mewed, before tipping his head sideways at the next question. He had almost lost count, he needed to do a count at some point. I think.......14? he hazarded, his eyebrows scrunching up in concentration. @leopardstrike4

Of course! Pit mewed, trying to pick up the herbs as carefully as possible. He wasn't sure how fragile they were, but they couldn't be fresh since it was leafbare, and dead plants were NOT the most sturdy things in his experience. At the mention of a fox, he stiffened slightly. There was a fox around? he asked, his head roaming as if he expected it to jump out at him right then and there. A fox was a bad thing, a very bad thing. He wanted to get back to the kits and Nala, and get Lily set up in the den. They might need an herb den too, he thought with a small sigh. @leopardstrike4
