Redkit played around. She stood up shaking her orange pelt. She was now six moons and finally, the age to become an apprentice. She lay down looking at the other kits.

Redkit stayed silent watching the other kits. She was the only orphaned kit. She laid her head down falling asleep peacefully.

Alpinekit got confused because she was both playing and NOT playing with the other kits. She stuttered as she looked at Mosskit, "U-uh...Yes and no."
