Icepaw didn't usually willingly walk up to other cats to talk. Scratch that. She never did that. But... Something about this kit, just watching the other kits... Longing for something. It struck something within her. She was like that once, isolated from everyone else, always wanting, but never getting.

The fluffy white-furred she-cat slowly padded over, making sure her pawsteps were slow yet made enough noise so she didn't startle the kit. She simply sat beside the kit, rosetted tail curling around snow-white paws. If the other didn't want to talk, fine. She never liked speaking anyways. She would just... Sit there. And hope it helps.

"Wellll come on Ashkit, and Nightkit if you want to!" she chirped, trotting into the clearing. She beamed at the tiny kits. Time for a badger ride. The warrior laid onto the grass, her paws tensed for the weight. "Climb on!" she encouraged, flicking her tail at her back.


Nightkit sat back, wanting to talk with her new friend Spottedkit.

Ashkit hopped on Tinywolfs back, excited. YAY! LETS GOOOO!!

It's working? She smiled! Icepaw didn't smile back, but she did give the kit a warm look a blink, a neat alternative for smiling whenever she couldn't bring herself to.

After a while, she tapped at the ground to get the kit's attention, then pointed a paw at her, and tilted her head, asking 'Who are you'. Basically... Her name. She put her paw back down, hoping the kit understood her little gesture.

But... She was asked a question, right...? Snowkit had asked her what her name was, and she couldn't just... Ignore her, can she? Right. Okay. She had to talk. Icepaw drew in a deep breath, and brought her paw up to point at herself.

"... Ice..." She murmured, voice softer than her silky fur. Stars, did Snowkit even hear her...?

She let out a dramatic huff as the kit made it's way onto her back. "Hold on tight!" she purred, rasing her body slowly back onto her paws. Tinywolf took a big step, making loud playful growling noises as if she somehow turned into a badger. She lumbered around the clearing with the kitten on her back. She took a long pause between each step, making it look like the kit may fall off before stepping forward. "Rahh! I'm a badger!" she called, stomping around with a goofy and toothy grin.
