Houndkit's gaze snapped towards his sister who had made a sudden appearance. Golden irises blinked slowly, tilting his head slightly to the side before looking back towards Bleedingpaw in silence. He stared long and unblinking. Friend.. ... Unsure. To be decided. He did not offer his friendship very easily. He would accept secrets, though.

And then Vemonkit was the next of his siblings to pop up. Covered in snow too. Actually, Grottokit was currently the only one not covered in snow. Houndkit was tempted to fix this but resisted. "Hai V-vem-min, " he whispered quietly, grinning brightly at her. One day he would master the art of names.

A sharp high-pitched bark escaped from Houndkit as pain shot up from his tail to his spine. He whirled around, snapping white canines at the offender before realizing who it was. A low growl bubbled in his throat, tucking his short tail underneath himself protectively. "B-be CAREFUL!!!" He warned, and then swiftly dropped any remaining aggression. He was just letting the other know if it happened again, Houndkit would return it tenfold.

Oh, Weepingkit was here too! He gave a small tail wave in acknowledgment. And then another snow-covered sibling appeared - Pantherkit which he also gave a little wave too. He turned back around to find oOOH GOODNESS! The Stranger was in his FACE! Houndkit's eyes glanced to the nose right in front of him, and immediately got tunnel vision. Anything the apprentice was saying went into one ear and out another. Immediately, the kit chomped down on the golden bengal's nose. He didn't know who ended being the one to fall forward but before he knew it his own forehead was clanging loudly with Bleedingpaw's. Another bark of pain escaped him and he immediately relented, taking a cautious step back.

He reached up to rub gently, frowning but beginning to relax once he caught onto the fact the other was Family. Also, wait what? "I got-t ANOT-tHER s-s-isst-ter?" He gasped, looking at his gathered siblings with a look of bewilderment. Did they know this?? "Where is sshe?? I w-wanna meet-t her!!!" And then a pause, eyebrows furrowing with confusion. Waait. If Bleedingpaw was...... his sister's son ..... what was he..

"... wait i'm relat-ted to the NIGHT-T CAT?? She T-TRAPPED ME!!!" Oh this was a day of realizations. Houndkit could not BELIEVE this. His own family keeping him TRAPPED in HOME and away from MAMA!!!! That's why she got her tail bit.

Bleedingpaw was quick to divert Houndkit's attention though. He scooted in closer, listening eagerly. "HEARING!!!!!!" He yelled out, he knew this because many cats were loud. That's how he knew where they were and how close they were. It got overwhelming sometimes. And ooph, Houndkit was getting ushered to find a hiding spot. This was GREAT he was amazing at hiding.

He ran swiftly a nearby tree in a fit of mischievous giggles, ducking to hide behind it as he hunkered down. At the small warning of noise, the other would quiet down and become incredibly still. His brown fur blended in with the tree trunk, and perhaps he might've gotten away with it as long as Bleedingpaw didn't wander too far into one of this corners.

Unfortunately, Houndkit loved this game. And his tail would not stop wagging. Which could very well be seen unknowingly to him.
