The tom unfluffed his tail following a fox length behind Feather breeze.
But...We must be dead! Morningkit swallowed, her heart thumping in her chest. What...How..? She sputtered, trying to find the words. If I'm not dead then... Then... Where's my mama? Morningkit had never met her mother, and she was not going to believe something another cat told her. She had learned that already.

Whisperingkit looked up at Cobwebfern and nodded meagerly, feeling a bit of warmth and strength rush her tiny body when the healer said she was doing a good job. Whisperingkit knew that she wasn’t in need of medical attention, so she slipped out from under Cobwebfern and padded off to the side. Crouching down with her paws tucked under her and tail wrapped her body as though to steady herself, now that things had quieted down she didn’t feel so overwhelmed.

It dawned on him. Was he such a mouse-brain he forgot the tiny stream in camp? He really had to get used to this place…and having better memory. He padded out the den for a moment, scanning around for some moss and snagging a rather fresh piece the moment he spotted it. He went to the stream, struggling to dip it into the tiny space, but luckily succeeded. He padded back to the nursery, setting it down in front of the kit.

Ok. What in the actual hell was happening? His daughter was upset, this kit thought she was dead, Cobwebs was panicked, this cat wished she was dead... He thought once Fadingstar left all these problems would be solved!

"Alright guys. What is happening?" he said, swishing his tail. Bending down to touch noses with his daughter, he purred, licking her forehead affectionately. Turning his head to look confused at Morningkit, he narrowed his eyes. "You're not dead. Do you look like me? Cuz I'm dead. Not you." he said sternly.

The she had been trying to get her beauty sleep but great StarClan was the nursery loud! She understood being a bit whiny at times to get what you wanted, but this was pure chaos. She lifted her small head to look at the situation the. Something just…appeared. Her gaze widened as she peered at the starry figure, her jaw dropped nearly to the ground. Was this—was this him? She willed a bit as she pushed herself to her paws. “D…dada?” she mewed quietly.

But I look like everyone else! Morningkit exclaimed, gasping for breath. What was going on with everyone? Were they going crazy? Nothing made sense anymore.

The apprentice quickly grabbed a squirrel and pranced/happily hopped her way over to the nursery, setting the prey down only when she made it there. Her blue gaze scanned around for any queens that appeared…available? That gaze landed on a brindle she and the younger lifted her head up, padding up to the unfamiliar cat. “Hiya! I’m CrowPaw! Nice to meet ya, hungry? I got prey if you are! What’s your name?” the apprentices energy often made her sound rather scatter brained.

Wildfoxglove was a bit sleepy and headed towards the Nursery to check up on the queens and kits. Upon entering the den, she yawned loudly and meowed, "Who would like some prey? I can get it!"

Eveningkit looked up at him. "Thanks." She said before he set down the moss. Shs started drinking the water out. Her throat wasn't so scratchy anymore. "What's it like being a warrior?" She just wanted to know. She would never get to experience it.

SilverWhisker, startled by the enthusiastic apprentice replies, “I’m SilverWhisker. Nice to meet you CrowPaw,” she says calmly. SilverWhisker started thinking about her old mate, “Her personality reminds me of him,” she says to herself. She tried to hold back tears while looking at the now confused apprentice.
