Antlerkit lays around in the nursery as he observes the prowling kits, all supervised by the queens. He’s not that much in a mood to join, but perhaps he’ll later on decide to do so. Or maybe he’ll change his mind and rather avoid play-fighting anyway.

He rolls around, his back reaching the floor of the nursery, and his forepaws partially rested on his body. It’s kind of boring, for some reason. He usually enjoys his imaginary world for some sorts, often zoning out in his own daydreaming experiences. However…

He looked around if someone else is also interested in some company. It only took a few seconds as he spotted a cream kitten. He somehow seems to be talking to another kitten, but he didn’t mind. He stood up as he padded towards Applekit. “Howdy!”, he spoke with a rather softer tone, hoping he wouldn’t have scared the kittens. He then looked back towards the remarkably smaller insects, whose lingering onto the ant hill. "Watcha lookin' at?"

The tuxedo looked down at his well-embedded nest with his usual, sincere expression. A lot of things happened for some reason recently, and he couldn’t even think properly whenever it calls back from his memories. An apprentice got heavily injuried, he had beef with Pigeonkit, and now he has an adoptive sister? He sighed before he could close his eyes and sleep for a bit, but immediately woke up as he heard a familiar snarl.

He turned around, only to see his brother fighting off against another kitten. Again? He groaned, exhausted from everything he has to experience. And poor mom, she has to suffer through her parenthood because of this, and Pigeonkit doesn’t even care about it anyway.

Alas, the fight would’ve been worse if he’ll intervene, but things took a sudden turn as the leader crept inside the nursery. Pigeonkit being scolded by a leader! How embarrassing. He snickers for a bit and mumbled a few words to himself, before he closes his eyes for a well-deserved nap.

“Oh, well…” The mackerel kitten hesitated for a bit, unsure what he might answer. “I usually don’t prowl that much. Not that I’m actually involved n’ta this, or that I’m not that much of a fan of it an’way.” He shrugged, his bronze eyes however still glued onto the crawling ants. “I’m more of a laid-back kitt’n, just like my ma’ told me. I kinda like the word “Laid-back”, ta’ be honest.”

His tail flicked in two different sides, and his lazy eyes sparks with curiosity. Alike Applekit, he decided to carefully lift up his paw and reach towards one of the ants. "They'r cute, these ants."
