"Oh, and Pinekit's littermates, if you are ever rude to Pinekit ever again, I will smack you, hard. Got it?" Ripplekit glared-or tried to glare-at Frostkit and the rest of the littermates. "And you do not want to mess with me."

Arctickit felt a slight remorse for snapping at his brother; rudeness was never normally a factor of the small kit, but surpisingly, some acrimony had shone through. He turned his head towards his mother, slight irritation blooming in his bright blue eyes. Thetom was not too thrilled with the idea of leaving the warm nursery for the frosty air, but he felt as though he had to make up for his snappiness towards Rainkit.

"Yes, yes!" Snowyfur mewed, her tired eyes filled with excitement; perhaps she could talk to Fogfur after her sons left. "Go interact with each other... Nicely" the queen added with a pointed look towards Arctickit. Though she trusted her kits, Snowyfur's feelings towards Arctickit 's behavior was anger. The queen knew that her kit could act better than he was letting on to. "And Arctickit," she meowed as the runt stood up, "you're going to have a talk with us once you get back." Though her smile was nice and sweet she knew there was going to be a slight yowling in the conversation. Punishment would be applied afterwards, though Snowyfur didn't let on to it with her smile.

Ripplekit hit Frostkit in the head with her paw. "You are rude to your brother." She growled. "You should feellucky that you evenhave a brother and a mother that cares for you. And I think Starclan crossed his eyes for a good reason. He might be leader of this clan while you hide in the nursery as a queen. Or maybe you won't be a queen, as rude you are. Come on, Pinekit. Lets leave this flea-bitten furball here.." Ripplekit tried to pushed Pinekit to her nest.

Pinekit followed his friend to the nest, looking back at his sister. Her fluffy grey tail was puffed out and she was grumbling to herself angrily, but she just looked like an angry clump of fur.
"No kit likes him could gets to bes leader, he's probably nevers even gonna becomes an apprentice seeing that he cans barely jump on a non-movings moss ball withouts being a tails length off!" Frostkit snickered. "You either, you twos gonna be sittin in here foreva until they readys to move you to bes elders!"
Pinekit turned back and glared at his sister. "Shut it snake tongue! You'll see! Me and Ripplekit are gonna be the best apprentices then even better warriors!" He turned his back on her before he saw her reaction, giving her no time to retort.

Ripplekit smirked at Frostkit. "You can't even hit a moss-ball, you always try to hit it, but then you fall and land on your back." She said. She made a moss-ball. "Wanna play, Pinekit?" She asked, tail lashing.

When the moss ball landed near Pinekit he pounced on it, batting it between his paws a couple of times before hitting it back towards his friend, the ball flying off a bit too far.

Ripplekit heard the slap, so she sweeper her paws out in front of her and didn't find it. "Where is it?" she asked.
