With Troutstone taking care of Cobs [ @finley.exe ] and Moonpaw [ @FruitBatz ] wanting to go back as well, Dusklion nodded. "Be safe, 'n keep an eye on them in the territory. It's been dangerous lately 'n you never know what's out there." She let her gaze linger on Trouts [ @MockingRabbit ] in the hopes that he understood the seriousness before getting to her paws. "Head back with 'em Moony; I'll be sure to tell Birds about your willingness to put your Clanmates before your own wants." Another grin to send the trio off before she turned around.

"ALRIGHT! You guys look like you've done pretty good here. Taking a look around, seein' the fights... I think it's about time to move on to the next round, yeah?" With that Dusklion padded closer to the group and lifted her tail to signal for the still ongoing spars to stop.

"Let's see, those moving on will be... Sparrowsnarl! Amberwing - 'n Deerspark [ @Marigoldwhiser ], I want you to go see Marigoldleap after this 'n make sure you're alright-" if the tom thought she had missed the way he appeared dizzy, he was mistaken, "Firetail, since Darkwind apparently disappeared somewhere. Spottedstream, Cherryswirl - sorry Fishes [ @Dark ], you're out. Bluefang, Fades, good job I don't have to disown you as my brother yet. Mistypaw, Adderpaw, Toadpaw, 'n Rainpaw. All of you are movin' on so prep up! Those out, hang out for now 'n we'll all head back to camp together soon."

It was a toss up whether or not to address the two cats who had done absolutely nothing when paired up, but after awhile Dusklion just decided to move on. They had all been out here for some time and it was about time to get to the next round.

"Pairs for the next rounds! Listen up!"

Bluefang 'n Mistypaw!

Adderpaw 'n Rainpaw!

Toadpaw [ @Katiethewolfchild ], come over here I wanna practice some moves with you." It wasn't lost on her that the apprentice was blind - Bitey had been blind and a great warrior. Perhaps with the right training Toadpaw could be too.

With that she let the second round get underway, turning to face Toadpaw. "Over here, Toads!" Hopefully the 'paw would be able to follow her voice over to where she was.

Toadpaw nodded, walking up to the scent and voice of Dusklion. She then waited for Dusklion to begin practicing moves with her. She assumed this was because there hadn't been an apprentice to pair her up with because of Cobwebpaw straining her lame leg and Moonpaw deciding to go back to camp with her and Troutsone. @tallulah

Adderpaw was proud of herself to be able to move onto the next round and was happy to find another opponent. Hopefully a more skillful cat as she wanted to keep learning. To keep getting stronger! "Hey you are Rainpaw right? Ready to fight?" She said happily

Amberwing padded over quickly, looking for the warrior she was supposed to fight. She'd taken a slight breather from her last battle, and was feeling refreshed enough she hoped she could at least put up a good fight.

Disappointment settled itself in his chest as Sparrowsnarl heard that Fishfreckle had lost his battle. Unfortunate, he was hoping to battle him.

Sparrowsnarl didn't recognize the name of the cat he was supposed to fight, but he hardly had to look before she was padding up to him. He nodded to her, shaking the remnants of dust from the last battle out of his fur. Once the pair was ready, he bounded forward, using his large stature to bowl her over, confident it would be easier since she was smaller than Stagheart.

Luckily, the previous battle already had Amberwing on edge for any potential attacks. She dodged to the side quickly, feeling Sparrowsnarl's tail brush against her. She hopped to the side, attempting to headbutt his hindquarters.

Ah, she was quick. Good. Sparrowsnarl thundered past, skidding to a halt and twisting as Amberwing hit his side. He tripped a little, the larger tom's weight working at a disadvantage, but he was able to stay upright and turn to be face to face again. Taking a few running steps to her, Sparrowsnarl feinted to the left before lashing out with a sheathed paw, aiming to bap her on the muzzle and stun her.

The tabby looked anxiously at his new partner. "o-okay. You can go f-first, Adderpaw," the one-eyed cat stuttered, crouching down to prepare for an attack.

Spottedstream
She/her - 23 moons

The spotted tabby was disappointed when Reedshine didn't show up, but hopefully she could fight her new partner. "I'm here, dear," she mewed. She dipped her head before scanning Firetail. She started moving in a circle before leaping back and aiming for firetail's stomach, claws sheathed, of course.

Misty nodded as she moved on. So, her next opponent was Bluefang. She didn't want to leave the warrior much time to think, so she quickly leaped at him with outstretched paws and attempted to land on his back.
