The sunlight barely wiggled down into the earth as churring paws dug through the soil. It was packed down from the cold and the seasons of being walked over and visited but she wasn’t going to suffocate after being brought back to life. She was alive, and after her dead limbs woke up all the way Cloverpaw was heading straight for Riverclan’s camp.

Mosspaw was wandering near the graves when she spotted another cat, covered in dirt. She looked at the graves. One was... dug up?!?!?!

"Who're you?" she asked curiously, but with a hint of nervousness. She hadn't ever seen this cat. They smelled of dirt and... riverclan?

Cloverpaw blinked up at the cat that was suddenly questioning her. Why were cats even out here? Sleepy Thicket wasn't a part of Riverclan's Territory anymore... was it? Cloverpaw tried to say something but her mouth wasn't connecting to her brain, leading to some nothing murmurs. She sighed, and then tried again, "'M Clov.. 'rpaw."

Mosspaw glanced around. "OH WAIT," she said in a panic. "THIS ISN'T OUR TERRITORY!" she said yet again. She ignored the fact that a cat had probably just came back from the dead and shoved her over the border.

"Wha---?" she asked. "WAIT ARE YOU THE GHOST??!?!?!?"

Duskleaf continued to stare in astonishment, flinching at the unexpected voice of Mosspaw, who he hadn’t noticed yet. He blinked a few times, hoping his eyes were just playing a trick on him, because the cat that stood before his eyes, covered in dirt, looked suspiciously familiar. But surely…no that couldn’t be right. "N-no…this can’t be…" He said once Cloverpaw had revealed her identity.

Gone twenty moons now since then. Duskleaf, at that time known as Duskpaw, was somewhat secretive and quiet. He was always embarrassed by the fact that leaves seemed to cling to his pelt no matter what, and didn’t really speak to many cats. Being roughly the same age as Cloverpaw however, he did know who she was back then, along with Seabreeze and all of the other apprentices at the time. She was one of the cats he recognised and she would’ve probably known who he was as well, but he didn’t really speak to her much. It was a shock when it happened, her young life cut so cruelly by an outsider's attack. It was always sad when a clanmate passed on, even if he never knew them much, he'd still be saddened by it.

Mosspaw's sudden panic brought Duskleaf back to the present. He turned his head to her as she screamed about…the ghost? So that meant she could see Cloverpaw? He wasn’t hallucinating or just losing the plot? "Wait so…you can see her as well…?" But…this didn’t make any sense… He turned to look at Cloverpaw again, just checking to be absolutely sure she was really there. "H-how is this possible…?"
