The floor rose so that it was now in GLaDOS's chamber. The voice came over unseen speakers. "Powerup initiated." Her voice was monotone and slightly autotuned, and it sounded both menacing and eerie. "You KNOW her?" "It's been a long time. How have you been? I've been really busy being dead. You know... after you MURDERED ME." "You did WHAT!?" A large robotic arm reached down, grabbing both Jessica and Wheatley, pulling them into the air. Wheatley looked horrified. When the claw grabbed Wheatley, his sides sparked. "Oh no! nonononono! Agghh!" "Okay. Look. We both said a lot of things that you're going to regret. "GAAHH!!" She threw Wheatley up into the air with the claw/arm, catching him with so much force that he sparked even more, and his eye popped out a little. He looked very much unalive. GLaDOS threw him to the ground. "But I think we can put our differences behind us. For science. You monster." The arm began to move Jessica toward a large tube, and as she was moved, GLaDOS continued talking. "I will say, though, that since you went to all the trouble of waking me up, you must really, really love to test. I love it too. There's just one small thing that we need to take care of first..." With that, Jessica was dropped into the tube.

Jessica was panicking. She heard the noises and turned toward GLaDOS as it made its way to her, speaking to her. Her fists clenched, gripping the portal gun tightly. "Wheatley!" She cried out when Wheatley was killed by GLaDOS. She looked at the robot, glaring at it. "You monster..." Jessica hissed. She tried to break free of the arm's grasp as she was brought to a tube. She yelled out when she was dropped into it.

Jessica fell for a while, before landing hard in a dark room. There were more tubes on the walls, each depositing cubes, turrets, and other scraps. There was a fire pit that the things were being dumped into. A path of scrap metal allowed Jessica to get across. "Here we are. The Incinerator Room. Be careful not to trip over any parts of me that didn't get completely burned when you threw them down here." Came GLaDOS's voice, most likely over the same speaker system that the announcer had been heard on. There was a hallway beyond the incinerator, supposedly leading somewhere.

Jessica had her eyes closed the whole time until she hit the ground HARD. "Ow..." She hissed, her ankles hurting slightly as she stood straight. She stepped over the parts, following the path. Jerk... Jessica thought, rolling up her sleeves again and tying her hair back with a ponytail she had around her wrist.

The room led to another room, this one with a tall wall blocking Jessica's path. You could see over the wall, but couldn't get over it. Another portal gun lay on the ground. "There it is."
