Alex was somewhat disappointed because of the other’s reply but wasn’t going to do anything about it. He just gave a slight shrug when the other gave him a puzzled look, along with a half smile. When he heard that it was time to go to the blonde’s office his excitement returned, he was eager to learn what would happen of them. Maybe a scolding, maybe a detention. Without thought, Alex reached to grab Jace’s hand as he went to follow the teacher, pulling the other for a bit before realizing what he had done. He didn’t want to make it an awkward situation so he didn’t drop the other’s hand, but he did have a deep blush on his face.

Copper stood and stared at the school. Some school indeed. It looked like a prison and she was sure that is was. Reluctantly, she walked towards it and ventured to the dorms. "Dorm 8," she mutter to herself. Once she found it, she produced a key from her leather pocket and unlocked the door. Then she hauled her stuff inside and looked around.

Jace let himself be dragged along by Alex before starting to completely focus and keep up with him. The teenager had just realized they were holding hands, assuming it was just to add insult to injury with the rule breaking. He was fairly new to this sort of trouble, but it wasn't much of a difference in the looks teachers gave him. If Alex wanted to do these kinds of things, Jace wouldn't stop him and he'd surely be a part of it. There are worse things I could be doing here anyway... like committing arson or something.

Mr.Stanford stopped at his office, checking over his shoulder to see if the two had been following. He beckoned for them to sit in the two chairs in front of his desk, sitting in the fun, leather swivel chair on the opposite side of the desk. Clutter consisting of knick knacks and photos were strewn across the surface around the computer, but not so much on the other side where people were supposed to be sitting. The vice principal set his coffee down and queried, "Now can you tell me the point of this?" There are better things I could be doing right now... like listening to music and sipping coffee.

@Spikes

“This could be big, we could bring together a few more students to see how far we could go.” Tyler smirked, their head already full of every scheme they could pull off throughout the year. They could put sticky-notes in fancy designs on the teacher’s offices. They could put the classrooms upside down. They could replace all the batteries in teacher’s items with dead ones. There was so much they could do. “What would make a good first impression with the school”

Alex sat down in the office, his eyes scanning across the vice principal's desk. He found it amusing as the office looked like it belonged to a messy teen who would attend the school rather than someone who worked there. He pulled the hood down, and fixed his hair slightly as he slumped back in the chair to look at the older man with a somewhat bored look despite his happy feeling. When they were asked the question, Alex pulled the notepad and pen from his pocket and slowly writing out his reply. He ripped the page out and put it on the desk, pushing it towards the blonde. It simply read ‘what do you the point was?’ And Alex gave a look as if the answer was pretty obvious.

Nodding as it came into sight, she wondered about where to find the most important thing. Her dorm. The place she'd be spending most of her time ranting about this stupid 'school'. HA! Prison more like it! Bee wandered aimlessly down the halls until dorm 4 appeared in front of it. Knocking, and hearing nothing, she entered the dorm. Deciding to claim the first bed she saw, she waited for her roommate.

Caden instantly knew it: he didn't like this school already.

As well as redundant and relatively stupid rules like "no talking in the halls," the whole place had a prison like vibe that made him chilled to the bone. Great, he pulled one harmless paintball prank on his teacher and he's practically sent to a Juvie. His parents fell in love with this school, claiming he'd come out a grown-up and be more sophisticated then ever. He thought so too, even though he wasn't looking forward to it, until he got to Elkswood. The moment he saw it he wanted to jump out of the car and run back home. One prank, that was much less worse than the others, and he's sent to a boarding school.

Totally unfair.

Caden sighed and looked at his welcome letter, the bitter feeling staying in his heart. Dorm 4, and he had no idea who he was with. Hopefully, he and the person would get along well. He didn't want to spend time here with someone he would instantly not get along with. Hopefully, this year would have a silver lining, after all. He has already went to locker 6 to put in his stuff, now the only thing he had to do was go to his dorm.

Quickly, he began to climb the path to his dorm room. All his bags were piled up on him, making every step to the door harder. He fumbled with his keys then stopped, whatever was behind that door, he'd have to live with for the rest of his life-and literally, only, for the time he was here. The keys inserted in the lock, Caden heard the click that announced the door was unlocked. He grasped his hand on the handle, pausing for a brief moment before he opened the sort.

Welcome home he thought to himself

(I just noticed that your character and my character are roommates and lab partners. Ironic XD)

(my wifi went out for a minute and I lost my whole reply ;w;)

Bee gazed at the door, seeing a boy walk in with the same 'this is prison' look she'd had on her face. "Welcome to prison. I'm Beatrix, but you can call me Bee." She said, a small grin plastered on her face. She held out her hand, then realized she should probably ask something important. "So, what's your name?" She wondered how someone as... normal looking as this kid could be thrown into this dump. Perhaps he'd done something super bad? It didn't look likely, but she was thrown in here for her personality! Rude, much?

Jace waited a few moments until he decided to sit in the chair, appearing lax as usual. He read and nearly mimicked Alex's body language and attitude, as he was used to not even listening and giving reactions when he was being scolded. "What's with these archaic rules anyway, dude?" the older boy queried, his question mostly serious and lacking the sarcasm the other boy possessed.

--
Mr. Stanford read the paper closely, clearly unamused. "Look, I don't know why the rules exist, I'm just here to enforce them," the vice principal replied, partially dismissing Jace's presence, "So neither of you want to help me understand this or are we just going the quick route? Two weeks detention sound right? Well, maybe three since you're also breaking the dress code..." The blonde man scribbled more words on a sheet of paper, choosing his words carefully.

( @Soddenfur )

Alex felt he had succeeded, but he had wished he had gotten some sort of punishment that would tell more people he was a rule breaker. He smiled slightly at the man and gave a shrug as to show he didn’t care that he had been caught. He quickly wrote another note basically saying how the dress code was ridiculous but he had added a few choice words into it, handing it to the man. He was still really mad about how he had ended up here because of a dress code in the first place, and felt since he can’t be kicked out of this school he’d share his dislike of dress codes as much as he possibly could.
