@Greenleap

She seemed to think for a second before getting ready to leap again. She aimed to jump straight at her mentor, but she suddenly jumped sideways. She then quickly jumped again, aiming toward her mentor.

He was sure she would try to fake him out by the looks of it. Greenpaw had been crouching, doing the same exact thing before. It seemed like she was going leap straight at him but, would jump or run somewhere else.

As she jumped to the side and then at him, he threw his head up a bit, backing up quickly. His tail fluffed up, he turned and ran a bit away, not knowing if she would jump on his back or try to trip him while he ran.

@Greenleap

She knew he was going to expect that, he expected everything. She leapt like a frog as she aimed to land o top of him. But of course, he was going to expect that too.

Glancing back, he saw the gray shape of Greenpaw leaping onto him. Grinning slightly, he stopped dead in his tracks but, it was too late, the apprentice had already toppled onto him. Giving a slight huff as the extra weight fell onto him, he began bouncing around, trying to see if she could hang on. This was pretty fun!

@Greenleap

Not being able to use her claws in this match, she hung on for a little but then fell off and hit the ground with a 'Thud!' She laughed, getting up again. "Was that good?" She asked excitedly.

"You'll be out of range from your opponents attacks and can inflect severe wounds. Always watch for the drop and roll counter move, and jump off before you get squashed." She mewed, giving her apprentice a second to process it. @Mumble

Snowpaw sat down, focusing on her mentors explanation. She nodded in understanding, flick her tail tip to and fro behind her as she listened. "Can you kinda do a demonstration? Or do you want me to try first?" she mewed hesitantly, cocking her small head in curiosity.

"Well, maybe later on I can show you a demonstration, but not right now, since I'm bigger than you." She meowed. "now, spring up and jump on my back. Get a good grip, but always leave yourself a chance to attack." She mewed, getting ready to shake her apprentice off. @Mumble

Snowpaw got back onto her paws, shaking out her fur. She crouched for a second, then attempted to spring onto creekleaps back.

Creekleap ducked between Snowpaws legs, tripping her over. "You have to be fast, and try to be unpredictable!" @Mumble

Snowpaw rolled onto the dusty ground, the world spinning for a moment. She quickly shook her head, clearing her mind. she quickly got up and started running towards her mentor, zig zagging around, attempting to confuse Creekleap. When she got close enough, she leaped into the air, trying to get a hold on her mentor's shoulders.
