At the pace they were traveling, the distance to the training island passed quickly and they soon arrived. Grizzlybug wasted no time heading straight to the center of the clearing on the island and turned to face Eveningpaw. He chose not to speak and rather to immediately throw himself at her as soon as she entered the clearing. He flashed a paw through the air, aiming for her head, and slid past her to try to rake his other paws down her flank.

Grizzlybug easily dodged the nose swipe, and lunged again. He aimed this time to swipe her paws from under her, turning to throw his back legs at her front legs just in case she deflected the first swipe so that he had a second chance to unbalance her.
