Mulberry Mulberry sighed as the kits squirmed to her and latched on. Tigerlily Tigerlily purred as the kits began to suck, but she couldn't help feeling a stab of jealousy. The newborns would get almost all the attention and Mulberry couldn't take her out into the woods anymore.@leopardstrike4 |

Tigerlily Tigerlily purred with surprise as Tinyleaf snuggled beside her. "Hello, little one," she murmered. She was smaller than her littermates. Maybe this was a sign that they would stick together. |

~ Silver - @gs29513 ~ Silver nodded. Foxes were no good. She had been attacked by one when she was younger. She and her best friend had been wandering around and joking when they had run into an unsuspecting fox. She still had a scar on her underbelly, but her fur hid it well from sight. "Who are Firey and Blue? They sound very dear to you." Silver mewed curiously. (When I'm tired I write more formally. Don't ask why it just happens XD.) |

Rain was bored.
"Nala?" she whispered into the dark den. "I still don't have a teacher. I want to train!" Hopefully her mother was awake... @~dust~ |

{Skipper} Skipper padded into the clearing, smacking his lips as the weak new-leaf sunlight traced golden swirls onto his thick chocolate pelt. He flicked one floppy ear and opened his jaws to the wind, timidly tasting the air. He sank back on his haunches, mildly disappointed. No prey in his immediate vicinity, and if the prey wasn't easy to catch it wasn't worth chasing. The pudgy loner stretched, yawning again, and scanned his surroundings with lazy eyes. This was the place for him- no fuss, no muss. The Clans were too strict for his taste, but around here? No rules! No restrictions! No... Excitement. Skipper sighed noisily an twitched his stubby tail, eyeing the nearest cats hopefully. Not all loners were anti-social, right? Someone would have to be friendly among all these rogues. But... he scrutinized his neighbors one more time. It certainly didn't look like anyone was going to strike up a conversation. So maybe he'd have to take the first step. Selecting a cat from the thinning group that milled in and out of the dock, he padded over, trying to maintain an open and friendly expression. Pausing just behind them, he shrugged almost imperceptibly and mewed out his typical conversation starter. "You aren't a ghost, are you? Just got to be sure, you know..." There, that should do it. Never hurt a cat to check. Surely such a friendly line couldn't possibly cause any hostility- now all he had to do was wait for them to respond! |
