silverpaw shock the water off her pelt and glanced around to see if anyone had seen her fall in then she cought the sent of a cat and looked to see who it was

There she was in all her glory; a cat who bothered Jackdawblaze for no particular reason. Truthfully there were plenty of cats like this since he was certainly one to discriminate, but that wasn't going to stop him from approaching them all.

"So are you just freakishly fluffy?" he asked, stopping a foxlength away from Lotusheart. "Or are you secretly extremely fat?"

This question had irked him for quite some time and he was hoping to finally get his answer today. Maybe he'd even get a reaction from Lotusheart--now that would be a treat.

Lotusheart's tranquil expression was suddenly replaced with confusion. Someone was talking to her? Oh. Her mind remembered what this cat had just said. Lotusheart looked flushed fir a moment, her size being an extremely sensitive topic, one that had been the reason for a lot of bullying. She had forgotten what it was like. Old Lotus would have just mumbled something about being big-boned and shrunk. New Lotus was quietly fuming. She was not the best at comebacks but she recognised a good setup.
"No, I think I just seem big to you since you're so short." she said I'm a steady voice. The casual tone failed to conceal the frustration and malice underneath.

Nightclaw padded through the Cattails and slipped in to the water, he knew he wasn't born in Riverclan but he really enjoyed swimming. He felt a movement in the water and spotted a little perch glide between the the reeds. "Oh, you're not getting way!" he mewed and started chasing after the little fish. He knew that wasn't how you catch fish at all but a part of him just wanted to have some fun for a change.

He shook his head. Redpaw had come to enjoy the peace, but of course, he'd forgotten that someone might be there. The apprentice was glad it was at least Silverpaw.
Now, with Firesweep gone, or, at least missing, Redpaw felt lonely, even more lonely than he had during kithood.
I wonder where he is...
