Bumblebelly let his head tilt when he saw the young apprentice. A pure started to rumble from his throat as he gave them a small nod. "Absolutely! Be careful, though. The crabs got a sharp pinch," He chuckled, leading the way along the seashore. "He prettiest ones sparkle in the moon light, I think!'

Feeling a bit disheartened that they received no answer, Snailswirl slowly walked away from Coyotesnarl with a little "See ya later, then" and went back down to... what was their name? Uh... Sootsomething. Soot. "Oh, you found one?" they asked, pleased. Soot was good at this!

Ears perking up Sootclaw gave a tail swish "yeah it's shiny too , I found a pointier one over there " he meowed as he pointed to it. It was cone shaped with brown ish black stripes . " so...how was ..it?" he asked as he meant the other cat that snailswirl was just talking to.

Cormorantpaw limped his way through Riverclan territory, swaying and zigzagging a bit as he struggled to see with only one eye. Fear pumped in his veins that he might not regain the ability to see through that eye and exhaustion made him want to just curl up in a ball and beg Starclan to help him.

The last thing the black and grey apprentice expected to hear was jovial chatter and laughter. Instead of grieving and resting, it seemed Thunderclan was having a party with Riverclan and... Windclan? What had he missed?

Cormorantpaw walked onto the beach, stumbling on the uneven ground, and looked around. He had to move his head oddly in order to see everything but he still wasn’t convinced he wasn’t imagining this. What the heck was going on?

Tensions here were high as Berryscorch watched the crab fly towards the WindClan apprentice, seemingly about to pinch him and narrow down the competition. But at the last second, the apprentice batted the ball... off to the side, where no cat was standing. Does that mean starting over, or...? To be fair, the game really had no established rules, apart the basic outline, meaning they could do one of two things. Either start over with Blizzbutt back in the game... Or just scoop it up and keep playing. The latter option sounded more appealing since it didn't include Blizzardbaby, so that was just what she did, tossing the crab back up into the air with her paw, and batting it over to Beanpaw.

It seemed the game would continue. The crab flew at him, and he wasn’t quite paying attention. The creature hit him on the side and he jumped. Beanpaw tried to bat it, but angry claws closed around his paw. "Ow...?" huh. He would be imagined it hurt a bit more. It was certainly uncomfortable, and he wanted to get his paw out as soon as possible, but he wasn’t about to cry anything. He was out, and he passed the crab back to Berryscorch.

robinpaw watched as one of the riverclan cats failed... that was kind of disappointing. he'd been hoping they would last at least until the.. other riverclan cat got out. now he was up against... what looked like a warrior. such a scam -- this was unfair! they were sabotaging himm! making him go against a warrior? outrageous. he wasn't going to let them win, though. not on his watch. "you tried, pal!" he murmured to the cat that'd just gotten out, waiting for the riverclan - supposed - warrior to do something... he totally had this. mhm. all those days of throwing worms at people had to make him good at throwing crabs, right? because that was totally how it worked, right? no, not at all, but whateverrr...
