When the tom asked how he got the wounds, he could feel his own fur bristle along his neck and back. He had never liked the cat who had picked the fight with him, and he obviously won't be too happy with him now. Wait, why exactly did the he care? Didn’t they just meet today? Maybe it was normal, for them to ask their patients about what had happened. He hesitated for a second, “A fight.” Wow, very informative. Well, that was the truth… Maybe the other tom wanted more detail? Eh, he’d have to ask for it if he did. Honestly, he hated coming to the healers’ den. He didn’t go often or anything, he just didn’t like going when he did. Sometimes he felt that he didn’t even need to be treated. And it’s not like he hated the healers, he just didn’t like some of the questions they asked. The ones that made him think of things he didn’t want to think of. Of course, this one wasn’t too bad so he let it slide.

He might be a skittish cat but he wasn't dumb. He knew the Dusk Syndicate were known to be aggressive, and pushy. So maybe he wasn't one to pry at another cats business. He noticed the toms fur bristle,puffing out a bit. He drew a paw over the fluffed out fur, calming it down into its proper place. He continued to gently lick the herbal liquid onto his shoulder wound. "Face me a bit so I can get your chest wound," he asked gently, eyes kind. "And I'm sorry if I pried." he mewed shyly, his voice sincere. He bent down and sniffed the leaves he had left, chewing up more leaves. He didn't like to pry in other cats business, asking questions simply out of curiosity.

Sneeze nodded. "I got it from Goldenstream, my momma. I remember Cricketleaf giving her catnip and poppy seeds. My sister got it too. But Milkykit got rid of it super soon, since it was only the Whitecough stage"

//

Squeal scoffed, laughing dryly. "Nice, now we're informed of your stupid clan-time, clan-pet"

Pistachio smiled," You are quite knowledgeable Sneeze. You would do good as a healer, rather than a fighter, hunter, or guard.

@Hexict
((Here we go fam c; ))

A light ginger female was around the herb pile, organizing it for the convenience of herself and the others. She was a certified healer in the Dusk Syndicate. Her job is to keep the clan healthy and to heal injuries. While their work for saving lives would have been honored in the clans, here in the Syndicate, their work goes underappreciated to the point where they are physically and verbally abused, and then the healers are supposed to take care of those abusers. Life didn't seem all that great for her here. She took a deep sigh as she continued to organize and looked out at her den. This is where she lives, eats, sleeps, and works. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say she may not experience daylight for a few days. It may not have seemed like much to her, but hey, not every cat gets to have a privileged life, some must have the short end of the stick. That is life here. This is home

A grey tabby tom limped into the Healer's den. His yellow orbs were towards the ground as he entered the lonely area. There were only a few healers in the entirety of the Syndicate, and even less actually go to seek them out for help or anything. Due to this, the den seemed empty and even cold. His fluffy out his short fur and slowly lifted his orbs towards anyone who would be in the den.

Although he wasn't against Healer's like most cats, he also rarely wen to see them. Many of the Syndicate cats saw the Healers as below them and the weaker links of their group, therefore he was always afraid to go and see them. Kacey hadn't been born into the Syndicate and use to be a loner, so he was cautious about entering the den. He didn't want anyone to think of him as weak and begin to pick on him. The tabby may not pick on the Healer's like most cats, but he wasn't too sure about socializing with them in case he got bullied because of it.

Kacey was a kind tom, but he didn't always show it since he believed that was how to survive the Syndicate. So he did never bully any of the Healers... he just didn't seem to bother with them. He kept his distance from them, but he did in fact do the same to many of the cats in the Syndicate. Though he was kind, he actually wasn't too friendly and did keep a good space between him and anyone he believed to be a jerk... which was hard to find someone who wasn't like that around here.

Rosaleen didn't see the tom come in, but heard tiny shuffling and the sudden smell of blood behind her. She turned around and saw a grey tom in serious need of attention and care. She placed down the herbs she was working on and quickly paced over to were the tom was. She said nothing verbally to him, though as her eyes darted back and forth gazing at the damage, it could be said her eyes were speaking for her. Rosaleen had learned that it was probably best to keep a tongue shut when in the presence of other Syndicate cats, only really speaking if needed to or if one commanded her to. After evaluating the tom's injury, she steps over to the side of him and with soft yet bold voice, she cooly says, "Follow me," She stays at his side while taking him to the nearest empty nest so he can place some of his weight on her to help him walk a bit easier. In her mind, she was already going through the procedures on how to patch him up, her lips moving a bit as she reads through her mental list.

Re: Dusk Syndicate Healers' Den

Lilith had never liked the fact that healing others was her calling. She hated the negative attention that it brought, and the stereotypes that surrounded her about it- but all of this, it was either heal or to be cast out into the wild, to fend for yourself. Her mother was a foolish kittypet, and her father had been a clan cat who couldn't care less about her safety, having been dropped off by the Dusk Syndicate's borders at only around five moons. She hated both of them with a passion, but she'd never have been able to survive without having been taken in, trained and conditioned for the hatred she would receive for being a healer. She'd become jaded over these past few moons, and life experiences had turned her mood sour- however, she'd never exactly held a grudge against the Syndicate itself rather than the cats inside of it who'd left her for dead. She'd still had a scar across her cheek from an unhappy patient, somebody who'd gone blind because of her- because she couldn't work hard enough. Every day, it seemed like she'd done her best, but nobody cared. Nobody took her advice, nobody listened. Shuffling her paws as she sorted herbs in her den quietly, this time, she didn't listen- all she focused on were the leaves.
