The curious kit was inspecting stuff around the nursery, and slightly outside it too. Apparently the kit had never seen a bee before, cause its pretty stripes just brought her closer to it. One of her first instincts with cats was to bite. So what was it for a bee? To lick it. It was pretty…so it probably tasted yummy too! Intelligent thinking right? She stuck her tongue out and snapped down to the bee. It immediately buzzed up and all around her face. “Ah!” she yelped, backing up. It’s buzzing was not pleasant. Then it landed in her tongue (which she still had out) and she felt a sharp pain. She quickly lifted her paws to her face and flung the insect off. Not pretty, it was NOT PRETTY. “Owth! Whath thishhh!?” she cried, trying to shake her tongue and stop the pain.

PumpkinKit was currently lounging in his nest, eyes flicking around the nursery for something, or someone, to keep him entertained.

His ears perked up when spotting a familiar kitten striding around the nursery.

ChasmKit.

He had played with the kit once before, perhaps they would want to play again? He was bored out of his mind.

With a sudden movement he was on his paws, bounding towards the other kit before coming into step beside them.

"ChasmKit!"

He purred with excitement.

PumpkinKit tilted his head slightly in confusion at ChasmKit's deadpan response, coming to a stop beside her. It wasn't the usual response he'd get from another kit, in fact, most the time they would be bouncing with excitement.

He knew the she-kit wasn't very... expressful. But he had been expecting a little bit more of a reaction. It had threw him off.

Was she mad at him? Annoyed? Was he annoying? Maybe.

He shifted his paws slightly, a little bit more intimidated than when he first ran up.

"Mm, I was wondering if you wanted to play.."
