Wow!! He was fast! Even after falling over. "You're real good at this!" She chimed - but she'd win soon (right?!) Now, the ball was coming right for her - she awaited, paws shuffling in excitement, till... Boom!! She pounced at it again, successfully blocking it, but, uh, the ball wasn't moving very quickly. It was kind of sadly rolling towards Stumblekit. Maybe her pounce wasn't as strong as she thought it was.
Stumbelkit laughed batting the ball softly towards Shrikekit. "Don't worry! I hit it too softly sometimes too."

Hmmmmmm. This time she can do it!! Her tail waved in the air, before she struck the ball, sending it bouncing toward Stumblekit. It was, uhh... A little messy, bouncing about the place, to who knows where - but maybe it would hold the element of surprise?
