Finally, Liyla’s shift was over. She walked out of the gas station and headed home on her bike. When she saw cops going down a dark alley, it reminded her just how much she was at risk even leaving the house. Liyla waited for the officer to come out with a hybrid... waiting... maybe not. But I’m no master fighter, I have some teeth and some claws. As she was about to continue her ride home, she heard voices. They were arguing about something... it didn’t sound like an officer.
