Such a cold season makes us cats act as if we're a fox with a thorn stuck in our paw!" The black tom resorted, his ear flicking slightly in thought. "It's a real good thing that this cold doesn't last all year round, otherwise I feel I'd lose my mind!" Crypto mewed playfully, a gentler look on his face. "And hey, every cat is all bark no bite when we feel.. I doubt anycaat would want much violence." He shrugged lightly, taking in a heavy breath before letting out a sigh. "You ain't so bad Badger. You really aren't." Crypto told the other tom with a swift shake of his head. |

Crypto would let out a tired huff, shaking a bit of dirt out of his fur. "Hmph- I doubt I'd see you attempting to steal again, well, atleast not from me. Your way of doing that is fool-proof, though I still saw right through it with these two keen eyes of mine, eh?" Crypto puffed out his chest a little, flicking his tail with dignity, yet also in a slight skittish way. |

He shrugged it off, relaxing, there wasn't much to worry about, being around twolegs so much had him wary, but typically unafraid of the dangers here as dogs were usually on leashes and he was quick enough to escape twolegs... though they were a dead end, surely the sky was dark enough. |

I don't often see any other Cats around there too, best part about it.." The tom mewed to the other, letting out a content sigh and staring up at the darkening sky. |

There were only two options in this situation, run, or simply fight. Neither were going to ensure both of their safety though. Running would be nice, neither of them would end up hurt, that is unless the do caught up to them, which would be likely, dogs are more quicker than cats. It's clear. On the other paw, fighting would most likely scare the feral dog away, yet at the same time, it would cost them. Not only could it risk injuries, and even infections of those injuries, along with the risk of injuries, the dog was rather... Sikly looking. It's eyes were wide and almost dead-like, as if it were not even aware of it's existence.. Although most dogs seemed like that to Crypto. Nonetheless, he had to decide quick, and with that, he decided. Why not both? A hit and run! "Badger, run!" Crypto demanded the tom, lunging at the dog with a quick swipe onto its snapping jaws, careful not to get bit. Luckily, he had just barely escaped its wrath, and scurried over to a few dangling vines on the side of one of the strange, rock walls of the Twolegs busy cities. With a rush, he scratched his way up, hoping Badger was closely behind, or at least getting away from that terrible beast... Although unfortunately.. The platform he climbed onto didn't seem high up enough to fully escape the dog... |
