He has short black hair with a few silver dyed streaks and he also has cat like eyes that are a sapphire blue.
He is of asian descent, specifically Japanese, and his most noticeable features are the black cat ears on the top of his head and the black cat tail protruding from the small of his back. Also, I can’t forget about his his sharp black painted nails
His outfit consists of a black long sleeve shirt and black shorts, with black socks that stop just below his knees.
His shoes are also black, but the shoe strings are a silverish color and so are his silver slim fitting leather driving gloves.
The last thing he tops off his outfit with is a black top hat with a silver line going around.

Personality(Can be developed in RP): Nekomata is generally a very cheerful, enthusiastic, comical and outgoing person. Though he may get angry or scared or even sad sometimes, you’ll usually see him with a smile on his face. At a very early time in his life Nekomata showed a higher intelligence than other people around his age, it is believed to be because his brain was developing at the same speed as that of a cats. But that’s not what you have to worry about when dealing with him. Since Neko has a somewhat cattish mindset he sees others as being inferior to him and he very rarely takes a liking to others. When he does though, it’s not because he actually likes said person (unless he actually does), but it's because he finds you as an interesting specimen and a potentially entertaining victim. Oh yes, that’s right. I totally forgot to mention that he has an unhealthy interest in causing havoc and discord. He also tends to murder people for reasons that boil down to you getting in the way of his fun and because he feels like it.
P.S. He’s basically a super cute, smart, funny, and murderous cat like human being with a god complex.

Summoning: He is able to summon mythical beasts, powerful weapons and artifacts. (He can only summon one at a time.)
Immortality (no, he’s not entirely immortal): He can basically automatically heal himself, but here’s the thing, for minor injuries like paper cuts or sprains or bruises it takes 19 seconds to heal (2 Post). For major injuries, like severed arms or broken legs it takes 19 minutes (4 Post). But if he dies It takes 9 hours for him to come back to life (8 Post) and he can only die 9 times
