Salmonsong spun around ready to face the apprentice she braced herself before attempting to fling herself onto Dreampaw curious to see how she’d handle her defense.

(Um, I think maybe two more times is good before the final ?)

Dreampaw saw the warrior fling herself toward her, leaping forward to go underneath the she-cat, raising her shoulders to try and slam into her stomach and flip her.

Eveninglight was caught by surprise by that move and was slammed down she tried to get herself back up, but decided to be slower so that the apprentice could pin her.

"Hmm, alright. I think i may be able to teach you something new. Lets head over to the Training island first though." Sparrowskip then lead Silentpaw to the training island. Once they got there he had already decided the first move to show Silentpaw. "Alright, this one is simple, yet effective at stunning your target. Basically what you wanna do is run full speed at your target, like you're about to ram into them. Now that by its self is a very predictable and risky move. But, when you factor in this next part it becomes MUCH safer to use. What you wanna do is turn when you almost hit them, and ram into their side instead. It'll most likely push your target over or at least stun them for a moment. Why don't you try on me?" Sparrowskip stepped back a fox length and called out "Whenever you're ready!" @Elementals

~Silentpaw~

The tabby blinked as they went over to the training islands while slightly basking himself in the sunlight which felt nice when he still felt a bit sleepy from making sure that everything was in order in the apprentice den earlier. He put on a serious face so then he could get all the information. Silentpaw waited until his mentor was ready and stammered, "Rready!" before quickly galloping trying to ram into Sparrowskip's side.

"My teaching style is going to be a bit different, but I'll try my best to adjust, knowing you can see." The tom then awaited for Almondpaw's response, hoping the young cat was ready to begin.

“Ok.”

Sparrowskip moved a back as he saw Silentpaw went for his side first, so he ran right past him. "Good try, but make sure to make your opponent thinks your going to ram into their front! So when they move to the side, you also move to the side, hitting their side! Thats what really gets them!" @Elementals

Lotusheart led her apprentice to the training island. She had already trained here once with Brightpaw. She had a lot of anxiety about it at first, since her massive size made her fighting stile quite unique. But now she was a bit more confident, especially after her conversation with Gingerfrost.
"Are you ready for battle training, Wolfpaw?" she asked her apprentice.

@Goldenmask

”Sure!”
Wolfpaw replied.
The tom was not the most excited about battle training since he assumed it mostly involved hurting other cats.

Lotusheart walked over and stood a tail-length away from her apprentice.
"Ok, I suggest we start with something simple. Try swinging with your paw, no claws, and hit my shoulder. I'll stand still until you get it right and then I'll start dodging. Got it?"

“Got it!”
Wolfpaw raised his paw like he was fishing and swung it as his mentor, managing to land it on her shoulder and then pulling it away.
