His paws scuffed the snowy ground impatiently. With most things, Cleftpaw was a very patient cat, but this was a time-sensitice activity and if Moonpaw didn't wake up soon, neither of them would be able to escape camp before their mentors woke. The Clan would be hungry and Cleftpaw wanted to feed them as soon as possible. He longed to go in and wake Moonpaw up himself, but it would be impossible to do so without waking up every other apprentice. He sighed and flicked his ears. Where was she?
@Sawyer25

The morning dew stuck to Moonpaw’s paws as she padded out of the apprentices den. The gleam of the sun blinded her. The clearing bustled with life as many cats darted in and out of the camp. Where’s cleftpaw Moonpaw wondered.

She shrugged and tilted her head up to the sun, where it warmed her face. She sighed, not knowing what else to say.

Hawkspeed again tried to hold her gaze but when she tilted her head it was hard. Instead, he sniffed the prey pile for any crow food, relieved to find none for now. He looked back at Hollypelt who seemed to not have anything else to say. And he couldn't blame her, as for now, he had nothing left to ask. Wait, the sun,"what do you think makes the sun so... Comforting?" He asked, staring up at the sky and then back at Holypelt.

Cleftpaw looked up when he heard Moonpaw pad out of the den. "Moonpaw!" He called, trotting over to her. The she-cat's black fur gleamed in the sunlight. "Moonpaw, our mentors will be awake soon. If we're going to go hunting we should leave now." He rubbed his muzzle against her cheek affectionately. Some other cats who were watching might think the two were in love, but this was simply how Cleftpaw greeted his best friend. There was nothing between the two of them that wasn't platonic.

I live for the hunt the feeling of wind against your fur , the grass underneath your paws ,the sent of scared prey. And then the killing of prey. But the most fun part out of it for me is that killing bite the feeling of bones crushing underneath your teeth , the taste of their blood. It's all very exhilarating for me. I'm quite sure it all sounds very sadistic " he meowed his eyes seemed to shine " any other questions? " he asked with a chuckle

She purred,” Most toms enjoy hunting.”she paused thinking of another question,” Have you ever mentored an apprentice?” She asked casually, she was relieved she hadn’t, because of her beliefs. So the idea of being forced to train a cat sounded awful to her, but to toms not so much.

Cherrypaw hardly ever stopped thinking about being a warrior nowadays. She wanted it so badly. She couldn't wait. It was all just so exciting. Becoming a warrior and fulfilling her duties to her Clan meant so much to Cherrypaw. It was going to be amazing.

[ I've been really sick for the past couple of weeks. So so sorry for the late reply!

(NP!)
She shrugged calmly flicking her black tail with a white tip at the bottom of it, she really enjoyed her conversation with Cherrypaw,” Thank You. I know as an apprentice I will be serving my clan in one way or another, apprentice duties for example are serving the elders and hunting is serving the clan, maybe a new apprentice won’t be providing as much prey as a warrior, but they still are servving the clan. I feel apprenticehood and warriorhood isn’t too different, apprenticehood has duties and training, warriorhood your training an apprentice and are more effective in training.” She replied.

His ears flicked again and shook his head he wasn't the best at teaching
" never in my life . I'm not the best when it comes to teaching some one " he meowed he layed his head on his paws looking up at the flame pelted Molly he was enjoying the heat from the sun it was warming his bones and washing away that cold feeling he normally has . He didn't mind that cold and empty feeling but once in a while he liked to welcome the sun . " have you? " he asked

Onyx lay in the shade of a large birch tree, her tail flicking lazily.

Yarrowclaw slipped from the warrior's den,
his maw opening in a huge yawn, showing thorn sharp canines. His green gaze swept around the clearing, and he padded over to the piteously small Fresh Kill pile, picking out a meager rabbit. Leaf-bare didn't provide much prey, and the little prey that did come along was mostly skin and bone, with barely any meat. But the tom thanked StarClan for any prey that was given.

The tom took the rabbit in his jaws and glanced around. He saw Onyx lying by herself nearby. He didn't have many friends himself, probably due to the fact he was socially awkward, but he didn't know if the she-cat had friends. He decided to go over and try to talk to her.

He began to pad towards her, the rabbit dangling from his jaws.

She purred,” Thankfully not. It goes against my beliefs.” She meowed. She flicked her flame colored tail, her blue eyes focused on him, she realized suddenly she wasn’t just thinking he could make a suitable mate she actually had a crush on him. She finally knew what a crush was atlast.
