Squeal shook his head, trying to deny the fact. "I could learn to heal my self!" He points to poppy seeds. "That's for infection, right?" (If that's actually right, pretend he said another thing) But like was the offer real |

He noticed that she was unable to find all that she needed in the stock, but was able to snatch from from another healer so that she could treat him. Kacey was still unsure about his state and whether or not he would be able to return to his duties soon. He didn't want to seem rude or in a rush when he questioned her about his injury and if it was very serious. It felt serious. He had only be sparring with Storm when the latter took it too far. Kacey hadn't expected Storm to try to actually kill him. He was aware that the younger tom was... unstable. He was blood-thirsty and quick to make a simple fight something much more serious. It Storm had gone all out, Kacey was sure he would've been killed. He wasn't a great fighter but the other was quite skilled when it came to things like that. He hadn't hesitated or waited for Kacey to catch himself before attacking again. There was no time to catch his breath and that's how he got so injured. The tabby wasn't planning on sparring with him anymore. Kacey's ears perked a bit more when she began talking to him more, answering his worrying question. IT was a relief to hear that his injury wasn't deadly, but it was her next words that he was most interested in. After she informed him that if he were to push himself without rest than his wounds might then take a deadly turn. He flattened his ears and turned away, glaring at the ground. Now everyone's going to think of me as weak! He silently snapped. After moons of trying to prove myself... I know that the others won't let this pass. But he knew that there was nothing he could do. Though displeased with this fact, he did acknowledge that it can't be helped anymore. Kacey gave a small sigh. But he suddenly stiffened as the Healer informed him that she now had to clean his wound. This stranger was going to have to clean him, and that made him uncomfortable. Like most Syndicate cats, he was skeptical and untrusting around cats that he didn't know - though he was friendly towards those who he did happen to trust. But the grey tom kept his mouth shut and gave a curt nod, trying not to look too uncomfortable with the thought of her cleaning him. |

The tom couldn't understand why and how Perci could remain so calm, patient and positive after all he's said when he would usually have gotten into another fight by now. But the hairless tom was different. He kind of-maybe-a little bit-liked that. Liked that part of his personality, of course. He could never grow to like, get close to or attached to any other cat. Never. It was a little complicated to explain, but some may say he's a little ‘emotionally constipated’. That sounds weird, yes, but it's true. He doesn't show anything very often other than anger. He never liked getting close to other cats and it's all because of a little fear. He's really all soft and squishy inside, even if he looks like there nothing going on from the outside. But due to the losses of very close loved ones in his life, mostly because they lived in the DS, he just didn't bother to grow close to anyone to avoid the feelings that came when he loses them. Though he still doesn't like being alone, even if he doesn't have many friends. Again, it's a little hard to explain. But due to this, whenever he sees any form of affection displayed from cats in any form of relationship, he can't help but feel jealous. Though, as said before, he is ‘emotionally constipated’ and doesn't show that he envies them and longs for someone to be there for/with him too. In response to Perci’s words, he would've said something like, ‘Oh, no need to go through the trouble, it's alright!’ But he wasn't like that, he didn't think before he spoke, he was emotionally constipated, and it came out different than he wanted. “It’s fine. I’m fine. I can sleep here, and that's all that matters.” Ugh. |

¨Its alright, Im sure I have spares somewhere. We dont really use them to often if they arent stolen by someone around here.¨ The tom mewed back. He was a cat that didnt judge another no matter how they acted. Sure, he had his own problems but he took another in account. He was smart enough to know when another is putting up walls, which is why he kept a gentle kind tone in his voice. He tried to be kind to every cat he met, it was hard of course, but he managed. Now he was no guidance councilor but he knew enough after dealing with his brother what a distressed cat in need looked like. He wasnt sure if Zou were going to admit that, he didnt really care if he did or didnt as that was on his own accord and business, but he would help in subtle ways that hopefully wouldn't hurt the other cats ego when given help. ¨I like the cats who sleep in here to atleast feel a little bit comfortable.¨ those were a subtle way saying he cared about the other, even if they just had met but he cared about his physical and emotion well being. He had sort of a sense when something was wrong, a good conscious you could say, but it was a calm way of saying ¨hey i just met you but I care.¨ |
