Re: Fisher's Point

Pit was beginning to wish that he hadn't asked, this definitely was an awkward topic. Taking a step back, he mewed a bit hastily Nevermind. We don't have any Wilbur's here, at least as far as I know. chuckling awkwardly for a moment. Ick, he should learn not to ask. He really needed to stop bringing up uncomfortable topics of conversation. Trying to change tracks quickly, he asked Do you know where you're going to stay? @Fawnhearted

This cat was definitely aggravating, the kind who might cause trouble if given the chance, but Pit was fairly certain he wasn't a threat at the moment. He hoped not. The group was in a bit of turmoil at the moment, with Nala missing and everything. Nice to know. was his only response, and with a swish of his tail he spun away. Enough bother with this. He had things he had to do. Although he would be keeping a BIT of an eye on Oz, just in case he got ideas.

Finns paws padded towards the little lake in front of him. He had wanted to try fishing for quite some while but now that Nala was gone he had been busy. He sighed and looked around. The camp was quite like normal. He missed mama. She had a,ways made things loud.
His brown pelt rustled in the cool air and he then saw a little log with a cat sleeping inside oft. Finn immediately recognized him as balor. Nala had brought balor here and now balor neve helped. He wanted to get to know the cats in the community besides his sisters so he walked over and said
Hello balor! Would you like to go hunting with me?
he smiled and waited for a respond

As usual, Balor was snoozing in his bush when Finn padded up. Starting awake at his name, he glared at the intruder who had interrupted his doze. "Why would I do that?" he grunted bad-temperedly, blinking sleep from his eyes. He wasn't a social cat. Having friends meant you had to see bad things happen to them. It was much better to live alone. @~dust~

Definitely a large swing in reactions. Silhouette's idea was interesting, and Pit mewed quickly That definitely makes a lot of sense. Could you take Tiny, Finn and a few other cats with you to work on that? The other extreme reaction was Rain. She seemed to have stormed off, gone, which was definitely going to be a problem. With an apologetic look at all the other cats gathered, he whipped around, setting off at a quick trot after his daughter.

Bush followed the cats out of the camp, taking the lead, seeing as he had one of the best noses. He followed the scent trail

finn smiling still and said
Well because you have no friends and you seem lonely I want to be your friend!

His brown pelt rustled in the breeze as he said
Come on it’ll be fun!

Balor rolled his eyes. Finn clearly wasn't going to leave him along. "Yeah, well, did it ever occur to you that I might like being alone?" he asked. "You should try it someday, it's pretty peaceful." He snorted. Why did he ever come here? He was always being bothered by pesky young cats who wanted to hang out with him. Balor would never understand why. @~dust~

Rain noticed her father and sped up. He was probably going to try to talk her out of it. And might succeed. She didn't want to be talked out of this! Nala was missing! And Pit hadn't even told her!
Well, Rain would rescue her. She'd been practicing her battle moves. She was already 9 moons old! And Nala would help her once she rescued her, so it's not like she was facing rogues without any backup. ( )

Panting, Pit slowed to a stop. Rain had left him behind, crashing through the bushes and ferns until he had almost no hope of retrieving her. He was torn for a moment, to follow her or to let her go. But he didn't know what would happen if he got caught. And besides, she would probably turn back. She was smart. She would be alright. Reaching the other cats, he watched as they began to group up a bit.
