Appledream blinked, for once feeling awkward. She was the one who normally made the first moves on everything, but she nodded and waddled over to him and sat down. She tilted her head and purred, "are you always this agreeable when you have friends? In that case, you should have more." She licked her paw casually, glancing at Thrushspring every so often. She couldn't help but be relieved the tom didn't want to hunt anymore, because the only reason she had said she wanted to was to have an excuse to be near him. Now no petty excuse was needed, so Appledream was at a bit of a loss as to what to respond with.

He nods “ kinda..” He says calmly as he begins to look around the camp soon laying his head down “ .... tell me do you wish to know anything about me?” He asks calmly as he looks at her “ if you don’t mind me asking of course..”

Appledream blinked, unused to his straightforward conversation starting. "Know anything? About you? Well, sure," she started. She didn't actually know much about him, only the fact that she wanted to flirt with him for only StarClan knows what reason. She faltered for a second, hesitating to ask the question she really wanted to know about, "you said something about someone betraying you. Wh-what's the story behid that?" As an afterthought she added, "if you don't mind me asking of course." She repeated the other cat's statement, deciding that it might help soften the rough question.

Tormenting me till...” he looks down “ she still torments me now even if she has others in her claws she still sees me as her pet.. I don’t want to go back to her.. she’s.. scary.” He Says looking away shaking a bit as he closes his eyes “ ... she betrayed my trust... “ he says sadly

I'm um... sorry," she managed to spit out. She shivered, imagining that she-cat watching them now. It suddenly occurred to Appledream that the she-cat might get jealous, but Appledream decided she probably wouldn't considering she kept getting friend-zoned. "Nononnonononono," she gasped, falling forward. Disgruntled, she pushed herself back up and continued, "of course I still want to be friends. I don't judge cats based on their past 'cause they can't control that. I judge them based on their actions, not other people's." She wrinkled her nose and flashed a quick smile, "Besides, I was being honest when I said I enjoy your company~" She nodded and decided against winking, as it would make the situation more awkward.

He looks at her a bit than suddenly started laughing softly with a big ol goofy smile on his face and a soft warm purr coming from him after a bit he stops and smiles at her with his forest eyes glowing with warmth and kindness “ thank you I enjoy your company as well my friend “ he says softly with a happy wave of his tail.

Appledream smiled at the small victory of Thrushpring admitting he enjoyed her company. "What do you want to talk about now? I'm sure anything you want to talk about will be interesting~" she said happily. Her heart fluttered slightly at the tom's smile, but she decided to shove those feelings away until their friendship was on stable ground, and then she would refuse to stay in the friend zone.
