It wasn't to early in the morning, and Eliza had already woken up, just not come out of her room yet. She was playing with some of her toys, and tending to the flowers she'd plucked and put in a vase the other day when a knock came upon her door. She looked up curiously, and at the sound of the soft voice approached. She was still wearing her nightgown when cracking the door open to a mere split and peeking through to see who it was "who are you?" the young princess asked, not yet recalling who the lady exactly was.

"Alright then!" Sam said grinning. The red, black, and orange molly was wearing her usual clothes. A tank top, usually some shade of gray or a dark color, and some sort of pants usually baggy. Not to mention her sheath with a sword. Yeah she had a sword she was a little weird who cared! I mean she has no magic she has to defend herself somehow! "C'mon cadet!" She shouted good naturedly as she jogged away searching for a good spot to train.

“My name is Alice. I’m Eliza’s new handmaiden,” she explained, waving her Siamese tail. “They told me this was the room?”

Eliza eyed the lady suspiciously. She was pretty, but a little weird in her opinion. Eventually, Eliza opened the door a little more, revealing herself. "that's princess Eliza to you" she meowed, grinning widely before squeaking a "just kidding!" she then skipped over closer to her bed, leaving the door open for the other to enter, and swirled around and sitting down on it "I'm Eliza!" she then said in case lady Alice hadn't realised it yet.

Alice opened her mouth as if to speak, but closed it again when she said she was only kidding. She walked into the room, quietly closing the door behind her and looked around. “My, what a lovely room you have, Eliza,” she said. “You must feel very lucky.”

"I do!" the kitten replied with a bright smile, "I don't like having that many others in my room though" She then meowed, looking over at the new Handmaiden before leaning back and letting her paws swing back and forth in thought. "are you new?" She eventually questioned curiously.

“Actually, yes. This is my first time in the castle. I hope you’ll let me around here,” Alice said kindly, putting down her bag.
