Badgerkit wiggled aggressively, accidently bumping her sister closer to there mom. He looked as if he was swimming like a dog, but soon she got tired and just went to sleep. Right before she went to sleep, she made a small "myeep" noise.

SweetBlossom looked toward her kits. Her kits! Not insert name, or insert name or even insert name! They were hers, and she would do anything to protect them. She licked the two on the head gently, trying to protect them from the cold, leaf-fall winds outside. Hummingbirdkit and Mosskit, Hummingbirdkit and Mosskit! They were hers, forever and ever and ever.

She nuzzled Hummingbirdkit with a gentle and kind smile. Her heart felt like a lump of beautiful, lovely gold. She couldn't believe that it had already been half a moon since they were born, but she loved every second of being with the two.

Leopardsong watched as Twilightstar seemed satisfied and departed from the den. The queen quickly gave Aspenkit her attention as he asked if she was going to keep him prisoner and deprive him of fun.

"Haha! No, Aspenkit, I'm not going to keep you in the nursery. You can go out and play around in camp whenever you want. Just don't get under any warriors' paws otherwise they growl at you. I'll play with you as much as you want, it'd be boring for both of us if you were just stuck sitting in here." She told the kit. Leopardsong would do her best to ensure that the kits here would be loved and entertained as best she could, it was her duty now.

Aw, poor dear. Leopardsong dipped her head so she could kit's forehead some comforting licks. "I'm so sorry, sweetheart. But you're mother will still be in the stars watching over you." Lepoardsong attempted to nuzzle Mintkit while purring gently in hopes of consoling the sobbing kit. "You'll meet her again one day, until then I'll stay with you and take care of you. Promise, I'll be here for as long as you need me."
