Sparrowpaw entered the clearing. Wow it had been so long. After moons of clawing at doors and trying desperately to escape from the twoleg den he was trapped in, of yearning to be back home, actually being there felt so weird.

The camp was silent as he stumbled around, taking in the scents and sight of his home. Was that weird? I mean, he had been gone for like 7 moons, though to say the least Shadowclan camp wasn't exactly the most marvelling place ever. Yeah, on second thought, it was probably weird, and he definetely risked getting confused for some rogue that had wandered in and get attacked by somecat.

The dark ginger tabby shook his head and went to sit down beside the fresh-kill pile. He straightened up his posture and scanned the pile. A few squirrels, two frogs, some mice, overall the fresh kill pile seemed to be doing okay. The tom picked out a finch and started gobbling down. It had been so long since he had tasted actual prey, compared to the kittypet food his twolegs had served him this tasted heavenly.
