“Uhmm Starry market...wait..that’s not right!” Heron said tilting his head confused. There was no “Starry market”. At least not they he knew of! After squinting Heron finally realized that it said Starling Market. Wow! His mother’s writing sure could be messy. Wait...that was a bit of a rude thought. “I-i mean Starling Market!” Heron hurriedly corrected. His tail twitched nervously. Suddenly a big fat drop of rain water fell into the top of his hoodie and seeped through to his fur startling him. He let out a startled grunt/squeak.

"Let's go then!" Sophie grabbed Heron's paw and began trotting in the direction of Starling Market. ( oof sry for the short post I have like 3 other rps going on rn )

Heron let out one of those practically silent awkward "help me" chuckles and blushed as Sophie grabbed his paw. Oh no I'm still feeling weird! I need to do that research soon! Maybe I have some rare disease or something! Maybe I'm going through puberty! No. Stop think. I'm too young for that last one though the first idea could be plausible.

Soon they reached Starling market. While Sophie had had to jog to get there Heron did more of a fast walk. His longer panther legs allowing him to take slightly bigger steps then Sophie's cat paws. "Well seems like we're here!" Heron exclaimed before feeling stupid. Ahhh! Why'd I say that! Obviously we're here! Stupid!

"Yep!" Sophie reached the market and let go of Heron's paw. She almost regretted it, she liked the feeling of touching him. "Has your training been going well?" She asked, padding towards a shop selling fish.

Heron padded after her. “Yep! It’s been going pretty good! Though Hilda still seems just as scary whenever I pass her by!” He mewed. Suddenly his eyes lit up and he smiled. A little ways away there was a cracked paver with some grass growing out. Heron focused on it and thrust his paw towards it growing a dandelion patch. “Ta da! I’ve been practicing!” Heron said grinning. He jogged over to pick the flower up and after collecting them he brought them back and gave them to Sophie. Hopefully she’d think it was cool! And not stupid like those meanies who live near me!

"O- okay.." Gwen's breathing slowed a bit as she watched the wolf with wide eyes. As much as she didn't want another creature to die, there wasn't much she could do.

"Wow!" Heron was amazing! Sophie was a bit taken aback when he brought her a flower. "Oh, thank you." She was surprised and a bit embarrassed. But also so happy somehow.
