Dawnkit continued “Medicine cats are the cats who interrupt signs from Starclan and receive prophecies. They also heal the clan using herbs and stuff and different healing methods. Like if you get a cut or something they would help close it up and stop bleeding and infections, the medicine cat apprentice is basically like the deputy but for medicine cats” @wolfnight

Duskkit nodded, understanding. "Okay...I heard some cats before talk about other clans, and gatherings?" He looked at her, scooting a little bit closer, glad for her warmth. It was cloudy outside and he expected it would be raining soon.

Dawnkit snuggled up against her friend “well there is Shadowclan, they tend to be the meanie ones, then there is thunderclan, they live in the forest and stuff, and there is Windclan. They are fast runners and catch lots of rabbits” She smiled, but some of her fur bristled “and gatherings are every full moon when all four clans meet in peace to share news like new apprentices or warriors or new kits born” she smiled, gently shuffling her paws

Duskkit nodded, interested. "Wow. That's cool! So, can kits go to this gathering?" He imagined himself going and talking to lots of cats, making a lot of great new friends. He purred softly as he slowly groomed his pelt.

Blizzardkit stalked around the den loudly meowing,” I am Lionstar...I am the leader of the nursery, Bah Hum Bug....grr...I’m Lionstar, I don’t show pride and will take elders out for a walk and they never return. Bye,Bye...Bitterthorn soon too! I need elders to punish apprentices, my mama be annoying.” he meowed before bursting into laughter from pretending to be Lionstar.

Dawnkit shook her head, growling at Blizzardkit as he came into the nursery mocking the leader. She continued talking through clenched teeth “no sadly kits can’t go.” She turned to blizzardkit “oh shush! You shouldn’t make fun of our leader like that or he’ll hold back your apprentice ceremony!” @wolfnight @Zesty Mango

Duskkit sighed, wishing he could go. He tilted his head as Dawnkit growled at the other kit, Blizzardkit? He smiled, laughing a little. "Dawnkit, you could try to be a little nicer, he's just playing..." He tried to make Dawnkit a little more light hearted. He got up, pulling his tail away from hers. "Hello." He smiled at Blizzardkit, hoping for another friend.

Dawnkit sighed and got up, following her friend. She knew she had been wrong to get so easily upset, but he shouldn’t be so mocking of his leader, that’s how you get in trouble. She sat next to Duskkit, cleaning her fur as the two kits spoke @Zesty Mango @wolfnight

Duskkit smiled at Blizzardkit, trying hard not to get annoyed by him. "I'm Duskkit!" He shook his white pelt with brown tabby spots and looked at Blizzardkit with his pale yellow eyes. He placed his tail on Dawnkit's back, hoping she would know that he wasn't trying to replace her.
