She huffed loudly and jumped around "Sleep isnt fun!! Also whats the deal with the wounds, grumpy?" She sat down and tilted her head.

"I am not grumpy" Dogkit declared to her. He stood up and looked at his chest. He winced at the movement and saw the wounds start to bleed again. He saw tiny droplets of blood staining his white chest."No need to worry about me" Dogkit told the kit, trying to hide the fact that he was in pain. He failed as his eyes were flooded with the emotion he tried to hide.

"First of all you are a tad grumpy. Second of all i am gonna be worried. What happened? do you need help?" Cloudkit looked at him with eyes filled with concern. She tried to be polite but curiosity got the best of her.

"I'll tell you somewhere else about what happened. Not here where everyone will hear me" Dogkit paused."And when I trust you more" He told the she-kit."I'm Dogkit by the way" he introduced himself to the kit. She seemed nice and maybe she would become his first friend that was a kit.

Cloudkit nodded even though she wondered why. Her expression toned down on the concern and she relaxed a bit. "Im cloudkit" She said in a friendly tone. She seemed very hyper and looked like sitting still was boring. "How come i dont see you around?"

"I hang out with Foxpaw" he told Cloudkit. "She's my best friend" he explained to the grey kit. "Want to be friends?" he asked her, his eyes hopeful.

"Oh.. i dont know who that is but i bet there are great!" She shifted and flicked her tail. "Also id love to be friends!!" She perked up "I dont have any friends... but its great cause your here!"

Dogkit purred happily. He was sure Foxpaw would be proud that he had made a friend all by himself."Want to come with me to the medicine den?" he asked Cloudkit.

Cloudkit looked at the wounds and nodded quickly "That would be a good place to go. You can get all fixed up!" She exclaimed keeping her normal cheerful tone.
